- "Genius, though rare, best thrives when... unshackled."
- — Angelica.
Angelica is an upcoming antagonist in Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light.
She is the head scientist at D.H.O.R.K.S. and owner of Bishop. She is responsible for manufacturing their bleeding-edge military technology, performance enhancers, and weapons of fucking demons' asses up.
Personality[]
- "Unnamed Agent: (D.H.O.R.K.S. agents crowd around a decapitated agent's body) W- What the FUCK happened here?!
Angelica: (Angelica, with her arms folded behind her back, methodically steps up from the crowd, adjusting her glasses with one hand while staring down with cold indifference) The subject has suffered a beheading. There's signs of struggle which imply a hellish beast, likely of the impure variety, crept up on and outsmarted them. A stunning display of incompetence." - — Angelica's cold assessment at work.
Angelica is deeply loyal to her work and vision of engineered perfection, unflinching even in the face of death or destruction. She is as hyper-intelligent and tranquil as she is monstrous and insanely cruel, all qualities which have earned her the position as D.H.O.R.K.S.'s top scientist. She is scary as all hell and views living beings—human or otherwise—as lab rats or experiments to be controlled, perfected, and disposed of if necessary (looks like Baxter's got some competish'...). She is very unfriendly and has a dry, tacky sense of humor.
She has a sarcastic and snarky side to her, often making blunt and to-the-point assessments.
Appearance[]
Angelica is a tall woman with alabaster skin, striking yellow eyes, and black streaks scattered through her white hair, which is styled in a bun.
Her uniform consists of a buttoned lab coat layered over a black turtleneck, paired with thin-rimmed glasses, long, black chemistry gloves, and boots.
Abilities[]
- Genius-level Intelligence: As the head scientist of D.H.O.R.K.S., Angelica oversees the development of the agency's vast arsenal and technological innovations, many of which possess the potential to revolutionize the world if revealed to the public. Her creations include advanced demon containment cells, performance enhancers enabling the director's security detail to combat demons on equal footing, angelic weaponry, Hellfire suppression suits, stealth-capable exoskeletons, and even a fully operational portal to Hell.

Trivia[]
- She is based on Annie from the Zoophobia webcomic.
- Her name means "messenger of God".
- Her pet cat, Bishop, was her first experiment when she was a child. She thinks of him more of as an "experiment" than a cat.
- The series' authors crackship her with Baxter.
- Her skin would feel like a corpse if one touched her; cold and empty.
- She kinda looks like Melvyn if ya squint hard enough....
- The series' authors consider Angelica and the D.H.O.R.K.S. Director to be the only members of D.H.O.R.K.S. who are genuinely malevolent (though Raya is considered "borderline evil" while still having noble intentions).
