Barbie Wire is a mentioned character in Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light.
She is the twin sister of Blitzø and a former performer in Cash Buckzo's traveling circus. After an undisclosed incident occurred, Barbie grew to deeply resent Blitzø, disowning him and deciding to live her own life without him in it.

Chapter 5[]
In "Old Habits", Izzi confronts Blitzø on joining his cause, offering him protection against Stolas should the Goetia prince retaliate against Blitzø for telling Charlie about his and Stolas' illegal deal. Though Blitzø remains as calm as he can be during the tense conversation, Izzi uttering Barbie's name was enough to enrage him. Blitzø drew his flintlock on Izzi, warning him to never say Barbie's name.
Personality[]
Barbie is an egotistical, narcissistic, and manipulative woman who has a bad temper and is rude, even to her own drug supplier. Very much like her brother, she has very arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding traits, and easily grows upset when things don't go her way.
She is also cunning and has a low opinion of humans, considering them to be easy to manipulate, as she can easily use her seductive feminine charms to woo her victims into doing her bidding.
She is shown to have a hatred for Blitzo, and says she wants nothing to do with him. The reason for why she hates her brother is currently unknown. Although, it's possible that she hates Blitzo for what he has done to their family's circus, even if it was accidental.

Being Blitzo's twin sister, Barbie is a rather tall, slim and red-skinned imp who sports a long demonic tail. She has a long narrow head, with a pair of large curly horns colored black with thin white stripes, a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead, and a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth inside. Her eyes have red irises, yellow sclera, and slit-like pupils.
Her tail has white markings, her head-marking is crossed out with a white 'X' and has a small heart on the top and bottom, and she has thin white striped-markings down her arms. She also has black fingers.
Barbie is seen dressed in a sleeveless, maroon-and-white-striped turtleneck minidress with a few ripped areas and a darker red stripe from the chest to the neck, along with thigh-high black boots. She also wore a dark gray sleeveless jacket with torn edges over her dress, and a gold-and-brown wristwatch that contains an Asmodean Crystal inside, allowing her to shift into a human disguise.
Under her dress, Barbie is also seen wearing a black thong underneath.
As a child, she lacked the white markings on her arms and forehead she has as an adult. She also lacked the black coloring on the tips of her fingers.
As a teenager, she wore braces just like her brother, Blitzo.
Human Disguise: With the power of the Asmodean Crystal, Barbie takes the form of a light brown-skinned human woman with long dark brown hair kept into pigtails. While she retains her white markings and clothing, her eyes' irises change to pale red and her sclera to white.

Blitzø[]
Blitzo is Barbie Wire's fraternal twin brother. Aside from the fact that the two used to work together and had their own act in the circus, not much of their relationship is known outside of being blood-related. However, it is suggested that Blitzo might have some good memories of their time working together in the circus, as he has a poster of them together in I.M.P's conference room as well as photos of them when they were younger on his hellphone, and inside of his apartment.
Barbie, unfortunately, doesn't feel the same way, seemingly disowning her brother Blitzo as her brother when she tells him that she has no intention of letting him back into her life whether or not she was in rehab. What happened between the two is currently unknown.
it is revealed that Blitzo accidentally started a fire that spread to his family's circus, but when Blitzo went to save him and Barbie Wire's mother it was already too late as the tent where his mother was was already engulfed in flames. Because of this, Barbie Wire likely blames Blitzo for their mother's death and hates him for burning down the family circus, even though he did it by complete accident.
