Belle-phegor was Belphegor's apprentice. She was a reputable member of Belphe-Tech who aided the King of Sloth with establishing the Sloth Ring's pharmaceutical industry.
Moments before the fall of Belphe-Tech, she managed to go off the grid with her earnings, escaping to parts unknown.
Personality[]
Belle-phegor is very intelligent and is implied to be competent, enough to work under Belphegor for many years as his ward despite the Sloth King's well-documented high expectations. She was also smart enough to flee the Sloth Ring just hours before Belphe-Tech collapsed, escaping with all her earnings and knowing when to get the fuck out of dodge.
She has a very apathetic, Octavia-like personality, and doesn't care about Hell's politics.
Bee-lzebub mentions that Belle-phegor doesn't like her stealing her drugs, implying that Belle-phegor has a very stern and professional attitude, much like Belphegor himself.
Appearance[]
Belle-phegor is a four-armed, lavender sheep-like demon with long puffy wool acting as her hair. She has a melting black candle on her head with a pink flame, similar to the Baphomet demons, with the tips of her ears also resembling the melting wax dripping from her candle.
She has a pair of thin, black, pointed horns on top of her head, and her arms have a black-purple gradient that stops at her fingers, resembling fingerless gloves. She has five eyes on her face — one pair being her main eyes, with horizontally slit pale pupils and long lashes, the second pair slightly smaller, positioned just above her main eyes, and the last singular eye on her forehead. She also has an elongated white neck with five eyes vertically down the front, with three having black sclera, white irises and prominent lashes, and two being a blank purple.
Trivia[]
- Her name is a portmanteau of the female name "Belle" and Belphegor's name.
- She and Belphegor have somewhat of a weak father-daughter relationship, but she did not particularly like him and especially hated working for him.
- She is intended to serve as the equivalent of the canonical Belphegor in HH:JTTL.
- Due to Belle-phegor constantly waking up and sleeping, it is possible that she suffers from narcolepsy, a sleep disorder that causes excessive daytime sleepiness and can cause them to fall asleep suddenly.
- Belle-phegor's sheep-like appearance may be a reference to counting sheep, a mental exercise used to help fall asleep, which Belle-phegor frequently is asleep.
