Blitzø Buckzo (first name pronounced Blitz), formerly Blitzo, is a major antagonist-turned-supporting protagonist in Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light.
He serves as the central antagonist-turned-protagonist of Chapter 4 and a supporting character in Chapter 5.
Hailing from the Greed Ring, Blitzø is an ambitious arch-imp demon who is known as one of the most reliant and "go-to" assassins in Hell, and the founder and manager of the Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P), a now-defunct assassination business based in Imp City that specialized in murdering humans on Earth.
He is an abrasive, crude, seemingly egotistical, but, in reality, a self-doubting boss who seeks to prove that imps are just as capable of other demons, though his own short-sightedness and self-destructive, chaotic nature proves to be the biggest hindrance in his pursuit of fame and recognition.
Biography
Background
Blitzø was born in the Greed Ring and was part of a traveling circus based in Greed along with his father, a mother, and identical twin sister named Barbie Wire, thus, he spent most of his life at said circus. Secretly, Blitzø and his family were part of a rare breed of imps known as arch imps; imps who possess far greater mental and physical strength and skill than most common imps. It is implied that Blitzø's parents (or perhaps only his father) were neglectful at best, and abusive at worst, as he once mentioned that his father decided to crush his childhood dreams of getting into musical theater and forcing him to help rob others.
As a child, Blitzø did not enjoy the circus life and longed for something more in his life. The only times he seemed to enjoy performing was when he performed with his best friend, Fizz. Blitzø and Fizz dreamed of starting their own successful, imp-ran business so that they could prove together that imps were just as capable as other demons. However, at some point in their teen years, Blitzø and Fizzarolli had a falling out as a result of the former leaving Blitzø to go work for his idol, Mammon, at Loo Loo Land, disregarding their childhood dream and leaving Blitzø deeply bitter towards him. After cutting ties with Fizzarolli, Blitzø attempted to go solo and start a one-imp business, but it did not work out in his favor, leading to him being viciously mocked for his beliefs that imps could accomplish anything, all while Fizzarolli was showered with attention and love at Loo Loo Land. Unbeknownst to Blitzø, Fizzarolli was eventually betrayed, dismembered, and left for dead by Mammon's goons on the King of Greed's orders, and had attempted to call his Blitzø's phone for help, but due to his former friend cutting ties with Fizz and still being bitter towards him, the jester's call for help went ignored, which led to Fizzarolli developing a grudge against Blitzø for supposedly leaving him to die.
With no other choice and feeling defeated from his hardships, Blitzø attended clown college and afterward returned to his circus life, working as a clown at the theme park Loo Loo Land, where he gave out balloons to children and attempted to entertain them on stage using jokes and stunts, only to be constantly injured by these stunts and his jokes being up-staged by Robo Fizz, a robot duplicate of Fizzarolli who replaced the jester after Mammon attempted to kill him. Blitzø was also treated cruelly by his audiences and a band of clown demons who served as Mammon's personal entourage, consisting of Larson, Calliope, and Tingles. In one notable incident, Larson burned the right side of Blitzø's face out of vengeance when the imp made a joke at the clown's expense, which resulted in Blitzø gaining white scars on his face. He grew to hate his job as well as his coworkers. Eventually, Blitzø quit the circus life once and for all, completely abandoning his past, and left the Greed Ring to start a new life in the Pride Ring; in an attempt to separate himself from his past, he dropped the "o" in his name and began going by the shortened 'Blitz'.
Sometime after he left his home ring, Blitzø was enlisted as a bodyguard for Verosika Mayday, an up-and-coming pop star in Hell. Eventually, the two even started dating, with Verosika risking her rising fame to date an imp she genuinely loved. Unfortunately, Blitzø treated Verosika very cruelly out of resentment for her being far more talented and admired than he was, as well as out of his belief that he was only playing second fiddle to her. He betrayed her trust and used her for money, such as the occasion when he stole her credit card to pay for horse-riding lessons and was implied to have not reciprocated her love for him as he did not believe that she truly cared about him, despite her constant attempts to please him. One day, Blitzø "rode off into the sunset" on horseback as a way of abandoning Verosika, which left her heartbroken and deeply embittered towards the imp, sending her spiraling into an alcohol addiction to cope with what Blitzø did for her.
After this incident, Blitzø adopted a hellhound named Loona as his daughter from the Hellhound Adoption Foundation in the Sloth Ring. Although the staff at the foundation warned him that Loona was a delinquent and offered him a shock collar to keep her under control, Blitzø responded by throwing the collar away and hugging his adopted daughter, much to her chagrin.
At some point in life, Blitzø committed unknown crimes in Greed Ring, that caused him to be thrown in prison. There, he met Moxxie (who was arrested for robbing one of the personal banks of the King of Greed, Mammon), who worked with him to escape from prison.
Years later, Blitzø eventually started a freelance assassination business and was granted an audience with Stolas, a prince of the legendary and prestigious Ars Goetia family. He cut a deal with the prince to be given access to Stolas' enchanted grimoire, which he would use to grant him and his associates access to Earth; in return, Blitzø would please the owl demon by having sex with him. With the grimoire now in his possession, Blitzø went on to formally establish the Immediate Murder Professionals (I.M.P.) and hire two fellow imps named Moxxie and Millie as assassins and also hired Loona as a receptionist for the business.
Events of Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light
Chapter 1
In "That's Entertainment", Blitzø is seen during Charlie's pitch of the Happy Hotel at the 666 News station, watching with a malicious smile while the princess explained her plan to fight overpopulation.
Chapter 4
In "Out of Luck", Blitzø is captured by two unseen figures while cleaning the alleyways of a building. He wakes up to find himself in a dimly lit room, where the King of Hell, Lucifer Magne, sits across the other side of a table. Blitzø is understandably shaken to find himself in the presence of the King of Hell, but Lucifer assures Blitzø that he only had him taken to present an opportunity that would benefit them both. The King of Hell tasks Blitzø with assassinating everyone in relation to the Hazbin Hotel, save for his daughter, Charlotte Magne, and also tasks the imp with capturing Heaven's Light. Although Lucifer tempts Blitzø with the thrill of killing more people, Blitzø rudely turns down the King of Hell's offer, lying to Lucifer by claiming that he disbanded I.M.P long ago, although this is quickly disproved by Corey and Peel playing I.M.P's video package, where Blitzø insists he would never leave the company, on a projector. Lucifer ominously chuckles, and claims he knew Blitzø would reject his offer, before signalling Corey and Peel.
Corey and Peel then turn on a projector that displays images and videos of the I.M.P's numerous antics and mayhem caused on Earth, and Lucifer reveals to Blitzø that he has been made aware of such incidents. The King of Hell warned Blitzø of the severe punishments he and his employees could receive for the attention they have attracted to Hell but claims that he is willing to pardon Blitzø and his employees so long as the imp complies with him. Lucifer then goes over the many ways he could punish I.M.P for "treason", implying that, should Blitzø reject his offer, he would have Moxxie, Millie, and Loona thrown in one of Hell's most dangerous prisons alongside him for their crimes, knowing how much they mean to Blitzø, which managed to break the imp's composure. In an act of spite, as Blitzø insulted wife, Lilith, Lucifer threatens to have Stolas executed for aiding I.M.P in their missions. Deciding to take things even further, Lucifer threatens to make Stolas' daughter, serve his sentence and hand her over to Hell's worst criminals fully knowing and taunting Blitzø with the likelihood of Octavia being tortured or raped in such an environment. Lucifer's threats made to I.M.P caused Blitzø to completely lose his composure and rush the King of Hell with a knife, although the fallen archangel effortlessly froze the imp in place with one hand motion, allowing Corey and Peel to disarm Blitzø and brutally beat him down for several seconds before they are halted by their master.
With no choice in the matter, a battered Blitzø begrudgingly accepts Lucifer's proposal, if only to ensure the safety of his friends, but tells the King of Hell that attempting to kill the hotel crew would be suicide, noting Alastor as a nigh-impossible target. Feigning sympathy, the King of Hell informed Blitzø that he would not be alone on his mission and that his team was waiting for him at the King of Hell's castle for a briefing, before excusing Blitzø. As a bloodied Blitzø slowly limps out of the room, Lucifer warned him that if he or his team fail to follow through with his orders, or should Blitzø attempt to run away, his friends and family would suffer in his place regardless, before having Corey and Peel escort Blitzø out of the building. Once thrown back in the alleyway, Blitzø suffers an emotional breakdown and begins beating trash cans in utter frustration and anger, before breaking down on the ground as the weight and consequences of his past actions begin to sink in.
In "Assemble", Blitzø arrives at Lucifer's fortress, where he finds Loona, Moxxie, and Millie waiting for him. Once inside the castle, the I.M.P find themselves surrounded by many of their past adversaries, including Verosika Mayday (along with her crew), Striker, Scorpius, Collin, Keenie, Cletus. Although I.M.P immediately readies themselves for a fight, Lucifer enters the room and breaks the tension by announcing that he had called forth I.M.P's "past associates" to make their chances of killing the hotel crew greater, nothing each of their unique talents, as well as promising each member their own reward should they succeed (i.e allowing the cherubs back into Heaven once Lucifer takes over). The King of Hell informs Blitzø that he hired Striker to ensure that Blitzø does not run away, much to Blitzø's anger and Striker's smug satisfaction. The team assembles in an auditorium, where Lucifer gives them a rundown of all of the hotel crew members and their capabilities. After Lucifer's summary, Blitzø gets into a heated argument with Verosika, the cherubs, and Scorpius. During the argument, Moxxie softly says he is certain that they are all going to die. Before Blitzø leaves Lucifer's fortress, Lucifer forces the imp to sign a soul contract ensuring his compliance that, if broken, will result in Blitzø being magically erased from existence.
While loading the team's equipment and supplies into the team's minivan, Moxxie asks Blitzø if he thinks they can get out of the situation alive. Blitzø comforts Moxxie by saying that they are in this situation because of him and that Blitzø is supposedly the only one Lucifer wants to punish. Blitzø promises to keep Moxxie safe and tells Moxxie to run away with Millie and Loona if he were to die. This tender moment is broken up by Striker, who reminds Blitzø of his current position. Blitzø facetiously asks Striker if he is aware of what they are going into, once again noting that they would have to find a way to take down Alastor, an Overlord. Striker boldly says that he always kills his targets, regardless of how many powerful people stand in his way, flaunting his array of holy weaponry to Blitzø. He reminds Blitzø that running away is not going to work in his favor unless Blitzø wants Stolas and his family to suffer for his crimes. With the team's supplies loaded, I.M.P and their head-butting, begrudging "allies" drive off to begin tracking down one-half of the hotel crew in a bid to divide and conquer.
In "Connection", Moxxie is attempting to devise a plan to take down each of the hotel's members while they are tracking their targets. The team is taken aback when Loona boldly claimed that Alastor was not as powerful as the denizens of Hell believed, even daring Vortex that she would call him a "bitch" when they meet. Blitzø interrupts a moment between Loona and Vortex to smother the former and insist that he will protect Loona if anything bad happens, much to the hellhound's chagrin.
As night falls, I.M.P finds a proper resting spot and stops, with some of them setting up camp outside of their van. Blitzø, still awake, is inside the van, lamenting on his current situation, questioning himself how he or his team will get out alive. He briefly tries to come up with an escape plan, before remembering the soul contract that he signed and goes back to sulking. He looks outside the window, where he catches Scorpius attempting to decapitate a sleeping Moxxie so he could devour him. Blitzø frantically arms himself with a shotgun and rushes outside the van, stopping the Hellcat in the act by shooting him in the shoulder just before he could swing his axe down upon Moxxie. Scorpius viciously charged at Blitzø with his fire axe, but the imp was able to avoid Scorpius' attacks as Striker joins the scuffle, using his lasso and Bombproof to barely hold Scorpius back, giving Blitzø the chance to shoot him multiple times with his shotgun. Although the wrathful Hellcat is barely affected by the shotgun rounds, it manages to wear him down. With Scorpius subdued and the rest of the team woken up by the commotion, Striker offers the option of killing the Hellcat due to his liabilities, but out of pragmatism, Moxxie said that Scorpius had to be kept alive. Afterward, the team makes Scorpius sleep several meters away from the van and campfire for the rest of the night, and Blitzø soon falls asleep.
The next day, Blitzø and the rest of the team continue tracking the hotel crew, leading them to a traffic jam on a highway. As Blitzø is angrily screaming at the vehicles ahead to drive, Scorpius alerts the team that his "battle gland" is hardening, and Moxxie begins noticing people running away from the bridge. Sure enough, Sir Pentious, piloting a giant egg robot, emerged from under the bridge with an army of Egg Boiz. Blitzø facepalms, recognizing the slithering supervillain, and asks the snake to move aside so he and his associates could pass. Pentious claimed that no one could stop his takeover of the bridge and refused to budge even after Blitzø clarified that they were not interested in stopping him. Agitated, Blitzø and the rest of his team (sans Verosika) armed themselves and engaged Pentious and his small army in a lengthy battle. Blitzø fights through a horde of Egg Boiz and leaps onto Sir Pentious' robot, but one of the robot's limbs grabs Blitzø and attempts to kill him by converting its gripping claws into buzzsaws to blend him, but Millie saves him.
After Sir Pentious uses his robot to hurl multiple cars into Blitzø, he desperately calls Lucifer for assistance. The King of Hell signals Tip and Dash to send "the cavalry" to their location, to which Tip and Dash press a button that sends a missile to the battle scene. Blitzø and the gang freak out as they believe Lucifer sent a nuclear missile to their location, but the missile explodes mid-air as Robo Fizz and the Loo Loo Land mascot appear from the smoke, the former in a state of disrepair and laughing insanely as he easily killed several Egg Boiz in quick succession while Loo Loo cheered him on. Robo Fizz took the moment to torment Blitzø before using his robotic limbs and strength to wrap around the legs of Sir Pentious' robot to perform a takedown attack, allowing Scorpius to savagely attack the fallen robot with his holy axe, destroying it as Sir Pentious ejected himself from the robot, and managing to escape when the Egg Boiz buy him time to slither away.
In the aftermath of the fight, Blitzø expresses irritation towards Lucifer over Robo Fizz's inclusion in the team, noting that Verosika, Striker, Scorpius, and the C.H.E.R.U.B were bad enough. Lucifer informed Blitzø via a magical image that Robo Fizz was chosen for his skills and had just proved his worth, leaving Blitzø with no choice but to begrudgingly accept the King of Hell's decision. Robo Fizz menacingly lands next to Blitzø and reveals that after Loo Loo Land's destruction, Mammon received a great deal of insurance money from the park's destruction, which he took off with, abandoning the park and Robo Fizz in the process. Robo Fizz expresses great anger over the fact that he is unable to be loved by everyone now that Loo Loo Land is destroyed, and the only thing left in his life is Blitzø's brutal death. Lucifer ordered Robo Fizz to not harm Blitzø during their mission, before allowing him to do whatever he wanted with Blitzø once the mission was completed, much to Robo Fizz's joy and Blitzø's agitation.
In "When Worlds Collide", I.M.P receives a tip-off that one-half of the Happy Hotel (consisting of Fergus, Angel Dust, Husk, Baxter, and Crymini) are in the Lust Ring. Verosika, recognizing Angel's name, angrily questions how he made it into Lust, as sinners cannot travel to the Lust Ring. Blitzø takes the time to make fun of Verosika by telling the team that Verosika and Angel Dust have something of a rivalry with each other, although the pop star insists that Blitzø is lying, and Angel is inferior to her. After a massive argument that Moxxie puts an end to, Blitzø promptly turns the van around and begins heading to Lust.
The team's search leads them to a strip club, where they believe their targets are inside. The team gears up for a fight as they observed the club of people hiding from their van. While Blitzø was observing the exact location on a radar, Scorpius and Striker were preparing for a massacre. Blitzø tells the team to kill anyone who stands in the way of their targets, claiming that they were allowed since they were on a mission from the King of Hell himself. After Striker compliments Blitzø on his ruthlessness, the team heads inside to finally confront their targets.
The team tries to simply enter the building, but a long life briefly prevents them from entry. Fortunately, one roar from Scorpius is enough to send everyone in the line running away. Another obstacle stands in their way when a bouncer refuses to allow them to enter as they lacked reservations. Thinking on his feet, Blitzø explained that he, Loona, Moxxie, and Millie were a part of I.M.P, believing that will be enough for him to let them in, but the security guard had no idea who they were. Agitated by the security guard's obliviousness, Blitzø simply orders Scorpius to eat him, which the Hellcat eagerly does. The team then entered the building, only for the club's security to open fire on them. Striker returns fire with his sniper rifle, while Blitzø also returned fire. The two began to massacre the security, each trying to upstage the other and display their skillset by killing the opposition in increasingly elaborate ways. Striker would murder two guards with one bullet while they were busy making out, while Blitzø stealthily killed three guards with his knife. In an attempt to upstage Blitzø's stealth tactics, Striker would decide to enter and crawl through the ventilation system of the building to shoot the guards through the grates using poison-tipped arrows. After Blitzø and Striker finished mowing down the security, Moxxie criticized the two for killing anyone but the people they were actually sent to kill.
Blitzø and the team finally attacked the club's lounge, leading them into a confrontation with Angel Dust and Fergus. The two took cover as Blitzø and the others fired upon them. When Fergus questioned what Blitzø and the team wanted, Blitzø mockingly opted to not inform him. To I.M.P's surprise, Fergus said he and Angel preferred it that way, converting his robot arm into a laser rifle and firing upon the team, with Angel using all of his arms to wield an array of machine guns and unleash a hail of bullets upon the team, returning fire as well. As I.M.P ducked for cover and the battle escalated, Blitzø and Millie stealthily made their way to Fergus, both of them leaping onto him from behind and attempting to stab him with their knives, but Fergus caught both of them, hurling Blitzø through a pool table, and tossing Millie into Moxxie, knocking the latter into a wall. Fergus approached a downed Blitzø, preparing to blast him while he was dazed, only to freak out and run away after he saw Loona, Vortex, and Scorpius enter the lounge room, grabbing Angel Dust as he did. Blitzø recovers and gives chase to Angel and Fergus with the team, only for them to be rescued by Baxter in the latter's spaceship. Blitzø manages to leap onto the spaceship as it landed for Fergus and Angel, but Cherri Bomb, who was on the ship with Baxter, uses a rocket launcher to knock Blitzø off of the side of the ship, sending him falling into a dumpster. Blitzø rose from the trash, watching as the ship flew into the distance. Excited at the prospect of fighting and killing worthy opponents, he claimed that it was officially "game on", just before the roof of the dumpster came crashing down on his head.
In "Worker Relations", Blitzø is now more determined than ever to kill the hotel crew, since I.M.P has seemingly never fought targets who are capable of fighting back, although Moxxie attempts to remind him of the cannibal family. Unfortunately, Striker reveals to the team that he is low on holy bullets, having wasted them on killing the staff at the Lust club and on Sir Pentious' Egg Boiz. He says that they will not be able to kill the hotel crew members without holy bullets, so the team heads off to Hell's criminal underground to resupply.
Striker leads I.M.P to Pentagram City's hidden, paranormal, black market underground, taking them to a group of criminals known as the Underground. Unfortunately for the team, the Underground is no longer selling holy weaponry, due to the rumors of there being angels in Hell. Improvising, Blitzø sends Moxxie to go in undercover and gain the group's trust so that he and the team could rob them blind. As I.M.P watches from the distance, Moxxie approaches the gang and made his request to join them. The Underground's crew members are doubtful of the imp's potential as a member, but Moxxie insists he has the skill to keep up with them. When one of the Underground's members attempts to attack Moxxie, he easily takes them down and keeps the crew at bay with dual pistols. The Underground's leader, Maulreese Jackjaw, appears from the darkness, calling his soldiers off. He expresses admiration for Moxxie, stating that he has more than earned the right to join their group, giving him his own Underground right arm patch.
Over the next few days, Moxxie begins to do supply jobs for the Underground, having officially joined their ranks. He finds that Maulreese, in terms of being a boss, is the exact opposite of what Blitzø is; supportive and competent. He gives Moxxie praise for completing supply jobs and takes Moxxie's advice into consideration, resulting in something of a father-son relationship between the two. Moxxie also begins to bond with the Underground crew members as he never did with I.M.P.
At the end of the week, Moxxie has officially gained the full trust of Maulreese and the Underground. Maulreese takes Moxxie to the Underground's stash of holy items, including handguns, rifles, knives, and even explosives. Maulreese explained how the items come from Exterminator weaponry that the Underground collected from the corpses of slain sinners after every annual Extermination. The Underground would then manufacture the Exterminators' equipment into various types of weapons and trinkets to sell on Hell's black market. Maulreese then reveals his aspirations of being "something like an Overlord", and that the Underground plans to take over Pentagram City using their large stockpile of holy weaponry and murder everyone that stood in their way, revealing his true, malevolent nature. Upon hearing this, Moxxie immediately shot Maulreese in the chest with a holy handgun he had taken from a display case. Moxxie, choking back tears after having grown a genuine friendship with Maulreese, said that, as extreme as his action was, he could not compromise his morals for the sake of the approval of his superior, all while Maulreese slowly died.
Hearing the commotion, members of the Underground barge into the room, discover Moxxie with their leader's corpse, and immediately fire upon the imp to avenge their fallen leader. Moxxie is nearly killed until Blitzø, Millie, Loona, Vortex, Scorpius, and Striker rescue Moxxie by killing his former teammates as Moxxie looked on in saddened silence. After nearly all of the Underground is effectively erased, one severely injured gangster who Moxxie had befriended crawls out from the rubble, weakly asking Moxxie why betrayed them, while the imp looked away with tears in his eyes. The somber moment is interrupted when Scorpius decapitates the demon and casually ate his head as it was on fire.
Afterward, I.M.P steals as much holy weaponry as they can from the Underground's stockpile, loading the ill-gotten gains into their specialized van. Blitzø is ecstatic over the team's success until he notices Moxxie sulking outside of the van, clearly distraught after having betrayed and killed people he had grown close to. after some thought, Blitzø approaches Moxxie, puts his hand on his shoulder, and can only bring himself to congratulate Moxxie on his job. While not much, Moxxie warmly smiles at Blitzø, thanking him for his words, and returns to the van, putting his Underground patch in his weapon bag.
In "Moxxie's Bad Day", I.M.P tracks down Fergus, Angel Dust, and Cherri Bomb, attacking them while they are hiding in an abandoned motel while trying to make it back to the Hazbin Hotel. Initially leading a long-range attack, the team is forced out of hiding and into splitting up after Cherri launched a rocket at them from her bazooka. Blitzø retaliates by firing his own bazooka back at her as he teams up with Striker to fight Fergus; Millie and Niffty had their own confrontation; Cherri attempted to hold Scorpius at bay with her explosives; Robo Fizz attacks Angel Dust while Loo Loo cheered him on. Fergus proves to be more than a match for the two imps, grabbing Striker's whip and hurling him into a wall and nearly crushing Blitzø's neck with his robot arm, but Loona comes to her father's aid, viciously attacking Fergus, although he manages to fight her off. Vortex came to Loona's aid, only for Fergus to blast at him using his robot arm cannon. The hellhound manages to duck for cover, although one of Fergus' blasts grazes his arm. Fergus is then attacked by Scorpius, who barrels Fergus through a wall before attempting to bisect him with his axe, only for Angel Dust and Cherri Bomb to double team the wrathful Hellcat, both of them reveling the intense battle as it reminded them of their turf war days.
To the surprise of I.M.P, the battle escalates as the last remnants of the Underground ambush both teams, seeking revenge against Moxxie for betraying them. For a brief moment, half of the Happy Hotel crew and I.M.P team up to fight back against the Underground, before it once again turns into a full-on battle. Fergus takes advantage of the situation and leaves I.M.P and the Underground to kill each other, and Cherri and Angel follow suit, sneaking away as I.M.P focuses on the vengeful enemy team. Before they leave, however, Cherri launches another rocket at I.M.P, which knocks out Blitzø and injures half of the team.
Blitzø is woken up by a frantic Millie, who is relieved to see he is alive, but tells him that Moxxie was taken by the Underground. Blitzø gets back to his feet and sees that half of the team was injured by Cherri's explosives and freaks out upon seeing Loona has a single cut on her face. Although Striker encourages Blitzø to leave Moxxie to his fate, he tells the rest of the team to wait and heal their wounds as he went off to find Moxxie. While Striker is distracted, Blitzø steals Bombproof and excitedly rode off in the distance, whooping uncontrollably at achieving his dream.
On the hunt, Blitzø finds traces of the Underground and leaves Bombproof to pursue the trail on foot. After quietly killing a few patrolling Underground members, Blitzø hides in a van being used by the Underground which inadvertently leads him right into the Underground's new hideout. After stealthily killing the driver by slitting his throat, he makes his way through the facility stealthily. Blitzø then uses a telescope and spots Moxxie tied upside down, being tortured by the Underground for betraying them. Although Moxxie tries to express his regret and the fact that he genuinely became friends with their erased leader, Maulreese, the members are too bitter to accept any apology. Before they could fatally stab Moxxie with an angelic knife, Blitzø gives away his position by sniping the assailant and begins fighting all the Underground members at the camp. Blitzø quickly shoots Moxxie's rope, releasing him, and continues fighting off the straggling Underground members.
As Blitzø is engaging the last thug who was torturing Moxxie, his injuries sustained during his previous bout with the hotel crew begin to catch up to him enough for him to fall to the ground while fighting the thug. The assailant then pulls out a baseball bat and unleashes a savage attack, beating Blitzø to near unconsciousness. As he continues his vicious battering, he smugly comments how the Underground practically ruled Hell's criminal underworld and that Maulreese was ten times the leader Blitzø ever was or would be. Before he could deal the killing blow in Maulreese's honor, the last remaining Underground member is erased by Moxxie, who grabbed Blitzø's holy sniper rifle while the two were fighting. Moxxie, despite having his own injuries, helps Blitzø to get to Bombproof as they rode off back to the team.
In "The Deep End", I.M.P, who are all still nursing their wounds, are informed by Lucifer that nearly all of the Happy Hotel crew (excluding Charlie and Alastor) are heading to The Deep End, a nightclub located in the Envy Ring that is owned by the Prince of Envy, Seviathan Von Eldritch. Blitzø tries to inform Lucifer that they need to heal their wounds, but the King of Hell gives them no relief and orders them to go to The Deep End impenitently.
After using Elevator 666 to travel to Envy, I.M.P hitches a ride in a submarine which begins taking them to The Deep End nightclub. As Loona tends to Vortex's wounds, leading to a tender moment between them, Blitzø gets in between them and breaks them up. Moxxie, who is resting his head on Millie's lap, laments that he does not think I.M.P could survive another fight with the hotel crew, much less Alastor. Blitzø chastises Verosika for doing nothing to help the team during their battles, and the pop star responds by saying that she does not even know why she was enlisted for this mission. Blitzø says that Lucifer wanted to punish him and in doing so is punishing practically everyone he knows. When Vortex inquires if the team is essentially just being pawned in Lucifer's game, Blitzø, more determined than ever, stands up and says that they are not and they are going to prove to Lucifer the skills and worth of I.M.P.
The squad finally arrives at The Deep End, which is having its Mammal's Night, a night in which an air bubble is put around the club to allow non-aquatic demons to participate in the festivities. Before entering, Blitzø told the cherubs and Scorpius to stay in the submarine since the formers were angels and the latter would draw too much attention. Scorpius suggested that he could disguise himself using fake glasses, a hat, and a tie, much to Millie's amusement, but Blitzø shuts his idea down as the team heads into The Deep End. Upon entering the club, the team scanned the area, only to notice that the hotel crew had not yet arrived, so Striker suggested that they have fun while waiting for their targets, ordering a waitress to bring them some drinks. Moxxie, annoyed, told the assassin that they were on a mission, but Striker and Verosika told the imp to relax a bit. As the hours passed the rest of the team entertained themselves and have a fun time, with Striker and Robo Fizz dazzling the club-goers with their skills, Verosika singing on-stage, and Loona, Vortex, Loo Loo, Millie, and Moxxie dancing to the disco. Meanwhile, Blitzø found himself alone, sulking in the shadows of the club while his companions enjoyed themselves.
As Moxxie and Millie headed outside to the front of the club, Blitzø went to the balcony to watch them while drinking a beverage. To the imp's shock, the King of Envy, Leviathan Von Eldritch, appeared behind him, greeting and introducing himself to the imp. Leviathan faux-compliments Blitzø on his relationship with Stolas, noting that said affair caused a storm among the high class and made for entertaining gossip. The conversation takes a turn when Leviathan begins cruelly taunting Blitzø for his self-destructive life choices, such as mistreating Verosika, and mocking his past dream of wanting to start an imp-ran business. Noticing that Blitzø was stalking Moxxie and Millie, the King of Envy correctly deduced that Blitzø was envious of their passionate relationship while at the same time was afraid of love, thus pushing away anyone that cared about him. Leviathan tells Blitzø that everyone at I.M.P would leave him just like everyone else in his life as they believed that he was incompetent and told Blitzø that he would die alone. Leviathan then left to attend to his business as Blitzø stared at Moxxie and Millie despondently.
After several hours, Angel Dust, Fergus, Cherri Bomb, Vaggie, Husk, and Niffty arrived at the club and sat down to discuss their plan of breaking into the Von Eldritch family castle. During the discussion, Fergus and Striker took notice of each other with the former activating his arm cannon and the latter drawing his dual revolvers, and the fight began. Moxxie and Millie returned inside the club to aid their allies as the club's patrons ran out of the establishment as the fight escalated. Blitzø, hearing the commotion, quickly ran to the team's submarines and told Scorpius that it was "show time". The Hellcat excitedly grabbed his axe and joined the fray inside of the club, his axe causing mass destruction. During the battle, Scorpius manages to beat down Fergus and body-slammed him through several floors of the club until they both landed on the main floor. Cherri Bomb saves Fergus from being erased by stunning the Hellcat with her grenades. I.M.P has the advantage and the hotel crew becomes overwhelmed, retreating back to Baxter's secondary spaceship he lent to them. I.M.P pursues the crew using their submarine.
Robo Fizz uses his limbs and strength to launch Blitzø, Striker, Millie, and Moxxie up on the crew's ship, and the four imps engaged Fergus, Angel Dust, and Vaggie respectively in a physical fight. During the skirmish, Moxxie manages to stab Angel Dust in the thigh using a holy knife and fires at the spider with his sniper rifle as Angel took cover. Fergus tends to his injured friend and angrily returned fire on Moxxie with his arm cannon. One of Fergus' blasts manages to hit Moxxie directly in the shoulder, knocking his rifle out of his hands and sending him plummeting off the side of the ship and into the ocean below. Millie frantically abandoned her fight with Vaggie to save her fallen husband, and Blitzø reluctantly abandons the hotel crew as well to go find Moxxie. Millie desperately searched for Moxxie underwater but could not find him and began drowning. Blitzø tried to get her back to the surface but began running out of air as well. As the two imps passed out from lack of oxygen, Loona and Vortex swam to grab them, returning them to the submarine just before they could perish.
Blitzø and Millie wake up in the submarine, surrounded by the crew, and the latter immediately asked Loona and Vortex where Moxxie was. As Loona was visibly dismayed, Vortex regrettably informed Blitzø that Moxxie "didn't make it" and that he perished. As Blitzø lays in stunned silence, Millie went into a state of paranoid denial, tearfully insisting that her husband was alive and that there had to be something they could do to save him, but the team does not have a solution. Millie then broke down in uncontrollable tears as Blitzø silently mourned the loss of his friend.
As morale in the team was dropping from losing one of their core members, Blitzø, on the verge of tears, called Lucifer to inform him of Moxxie's fate, which Lucifer had no strong reaction to. Leveling with the King of Hell, Blitzø said that he knew Lucifer set the entire mission up to punish him and begged the King of Hell to release the rest of the team from their mission so that he could confront the hotel crew alone. Lucifer coldly refused to compromise and simply told Blitzø to do a better job at defending his allies, before prematurely ending their call. In a blind rage, Blitzø viciously smashed his Hellphone and repeatedly punched a wall to vent his sadness and anger before collapsing to the ground, breaking down in tears.
In another room, Millie was mourning the loss of her husband, crying uncontrollably. Scorpius entered the room and seeing no other way to comfort his friend, simply sat next to her and stroked her head, which seemed to slightly relax her as she tearfully leaned against him for support and continued mourning her husband.
In "The Green Wedding", I.M.P and their allies gather in the submarine to remember Moxxie. Millie is too distraught to speak, so Blitzø gives a touching eulogy expressing his remorse on how he took Moxxie for granted. Loona also gives her own heartwarming eulogy that is lessened by the fact that he copied it from a movie script that she was reading off of her phone. After the crew has said their words about their fallen teammate, Blitzø and Millie, angrier than ever, are now determined to kill the hotel crew once and for all. Millie also expresses her desire to kill Lucifer himself for being indirectly responsible for Moxxie's death, but Striker says that he would have to kill her if she tried to attack the King of Hell. Blitzø makes reference to Striker's desire to kill all of Hell's nobles, to which Striker reiterated that no one was going to kill Lucifer except for him. Striker then revealed to the team that the hotel crew was heading to Hell-antis, having been aware of this as he eavesdropped on their conversation at The Deep End. With this information, I.M.P gears up with their most effective weaponry to infiltrate the castle and kill the hotel crew once and for all.
Before going to the castle, I.M.P and their allies attacked a convoy that was on its way to deliver supplies to the castle, killing everyone involved except for the driver of the submarine. As the crew entered the submarine, Blitzø held the driver at gunpoint and threatened him to get them into the Von Eldritch castle in Hell-antis, all while Scorpius began eating the convoy's food supplies.
The submarine makes it to Hell-antis and arrives at the Von Eldritch castle, which was surrounded by a massive air bubble for the arrival of Charlie Magne. The infiltration goes without a hitch, with the submarine entering the castle grounds with I.M.P and co. hiding amongst the supplies so as not to be seen. After the submarine parked outside of the castle, I.M.P explosively exited the vehicle and began attacking the guards, fighting as one big team, with Blitzø sniping several sirens and decapitating five guards using his serrated hunting knife. Due to the air bubble surrounding the castle, the castle's more formidable and monstrous guards, such as the Von Eldritch family Kraken, were unable to stop the team as they advanced into the castle. Before the entire Envy Ring army could reach them, the team barred the castle doors and surveyed their surroundings. After infiltrating the castle, Blitzø told the team to split up and search for their targets. In a rare moment, Blitzø, knowing the danger of their threat, told the team members to stay safe, except for Robo Fizz, before they all split apart.
Later, Millie and Scorpius attacked half of the hotel crew, and the rest of the team rendezvoused at the source of the noise, leading them all into the long-awaited confrontation with the Radio Demon, Alastor. Upon noticing the Radio Demon, Blitzø warned the crew and shouted at Loona to leave, but the Hellhound refused to and instead insulted Alastor to his face to complete a bet she previously made with Vortex. A massive skirmish breaks out between I.M.P and the hotel crew, with Striker, Scorpius, and the cherubs targeting Alastor, who fights them all off handily using his demonic magic. During the battle, a blood-lusted Millie targeted Fergus to avenge Moxxie's death, but he was able to overpower the imp and hurl her into a wall with enough force to knock her out. Blitzø, armed with a serrated knife, then targeted Fergus as well to avenge Moxxie.
The two fought relentlessly, with Fergus' body slamming and punching Blitzø while the imp stabbed and slashed him several times with the knife. During the fight, Blitzø said he was going to kill Fergus in Moxxie's honor, to which Fergus correctly deduced that Lucifer had put I.M.P up to assassinating the crew. During the fight, Fergus managed to grab Blitzø by the arm and throw him into a wall, quickly dashing over and pinning the imp against said wall. There, Fergus told Blitzø that he did not kill Moxxie. Rather, Lucifer killed Moxxie by setting the assassination up, to begin with. Fergus tells the struggling imp that he does not have to be the King of Hell's pawn, his words seemingly breaking through to Blitzø. However, Scorpius arrives by shoulder charging Fergus a few feet away, causing him to release Blitzø. Alastor ends the fight between the two teams by separating them and breaking the ceiling above them to cut off the teams as the hotel crew ran to the throne room. Scorpius and a few other members began removing the rubble as Blitzø stood stunned by Fergus' words.
After Scorpius used his axe to destroy the rubble, I.M.P pursued the hotel crew into the throne room, where the hotel crew was attempting to stop "the Green Wedding" set up by Leviathan to have Seviathan merry Charlie. As I.M.P entered, Leviathan was enraged after Charlie had just assaulted him to protect Seviathan, and prepared to kill everyone in the room. However, Baxter arrives at the skirmish in his spaceship with Crymini and the eight angels, driving the ship through the castle's air bubble and through the castle window where it crushed Leviathan and floods the throne room.
I.M.P narrowly manages to swim to the surface, coincidentally very close to where the hotel crew surfaced. Blitzø nervously aimed his sniper at the hotel crew, but before he could fire, the ocean and the weather around the Envy Ring begins to significantly intensify as water levels across the seven rings begin reaching catastrophic levels. After everyone noticed a giant tail on the horizon, a gargantuan, clawed hand emerges from the depths of the ocean I.M.P and the hotel crew look up in awe and horror as Leviathan, in his true form, rose from the ocean and stared down at them in his monstrous true form.
In The Chapter 4 finale "It's Never Too Late", Leviathan towers over Seviathan, the hotel crew, and I.M.P, blaming all of them for all the death and destruction Hell will endure for finally ruining all of his chances of having Charlie marry Seviathan. The King of Envy generates an earthquake that tears the small island (where they were on) apart, before summoning a tidal wave that consumes all of them up. Believing that he managed to kill all of his enemies, Leviathan starts to focus all of his attention on causing mass destruction across the seven rings.
Meanwhile, the hotel crew and I.M.P are slowly drowning, due to the lack of oxygens, with Fergus at one point saving Blitzø when he couldn't resurface. Fortunately, Seviathan uses his hydrokinesis to settle the tidal wave and save everyone from drowning. The teams make it to another small island, unable to recompose themselves due to the intense winds and intense sideways rain. Charlie and Seviathan parlously tell the hotel crew that they needed to stop Leviathan before he destroys Hell itself. However, just before the hotel crew could leave to stop the King of Envy, Blitzø continued holding them at gunpoint, flippantly telling them that he and his team needed to kill them to ensure their safety. When Charlie expresses confusion at I.M.P's presence, Blitzø eagerly introduces his team to them, calling themselves to be famous, but humorously, Charlie has no idea who they are. Blitzø, uncaring of the princess' lack of knowledge of I.M.P, tells the princess that it did not matter if she knew who they were because she would remember them forever after they killed her friends. Fergus and Angel Dust inform Charlie that Blitzø and his team had been trying to kill them for weeks, sparking a comedic argument between Fergus, Angel, and Blitzø. Charlie puts an end to the argument and grimly tells Blitzø that she was going to save her kingdom and that if there was any goodness in him, he would let her do so. The princess then began walking away to stop Leviathan, soon followed by the rest of the hotel crew.
At that moment, Lucifer contacts Blitzø using a magical screen, inquiring about his current position. Blitzø notifies Lucifer that the hotel crew is in his sightlines, to which the King of Hell nonchalantly orders the imp to complete his mission and kill everyone in the hotel crew, sans Charlie. With Charlie's words still fresh in his mind, Blitzø slowly aims his rifle at the departing hotel crew, but after a period of intense indecision, realizes that he is unable to pull the trigger and lowers his rifle. Instead, joins the hotel crew to stop Leviathan. Inspired by Blitzø's decision, the entirety of I.M.P and their allies stage a full mutiny against Lucifer and join the hotel crew in their mission to stop Leviathan. As a result of Blitzø's betrayal, the soul contract that Lucifer had forced him to sign activates and nearly erases the imp from existence, until it deactivates. Moxxie, who is revealed to have miraculously survived his previous injury, infiltrates Lucifer's castle. In it, he destroys the contract using a holy rifle, freeing Blitzø's will and freedom, before quickly exiting the castle before Lucifer or his minions could locate the source of the bullet, leaving the King of Hell with a destroyed contract and no immediate way to punish I.M.P.
Back in the Envy Ring, Fergus sparks an argument with the members of I.M.P, criticizing them for wanting to help the crew despite spending weeks trying to kill them. Millie viciously chews Fergus out for "killing" Moxxie, to which he apologizes to her, although she is still deeply resentful towards him. Baxter exits his spaceship and, after doing some calculations, deduces that the hotel crew and I.M.P will all be killed as they are terrible at communication and would be unable to coordinate together, due to their intense enemyships. Vaggie ends the argument by ordering both teams to shut up and focus on Leviathan, prompting Charlie to take charge and eagerly say that they will learn to work together and come out of the battle as friends, disgusting Fergus and several members of I.M.P, who are still at odds with each other. Charlie told the United team that, although they began as enemies, all they needed to do was trust each other, using her relationship with Seviathan as an example. Charlie made Blitzø and Fergus begrudgingly promise to work together, I.M.P, and the hotel crew, now united as a team. While they run off to battle Leviathan and save Hell from the oceanic apocalypse, Blitzø claims that he might be on drugs, while eager to kill a Sin, before yelling for the United team to "LICK DICKS AND EAT SOME ASS, BTICHES!"
As Leviathan relishes the destruction occurring across Hell, the Happy Hotel crew and I.M.P arrive and the final battle begins. The United team leads offensive attacks on all sides; Fergus blasts at the beast using his robotic arm cannon, Loona, Striker, Blitzø, Angel Dust, and Cherri Bomb weaponizing their respective firearms, the C.H.E.R.U.B use their crossbows to attack Leviathan from above, and Baxter uses his ship's artillery to launch missile strikes on the serpent.
After their respective firearms did not affect the sea serpent at all, Leviathan charges up and projects lightning from his maw that nearly incinerates Loona and Millie, who Blitzø shoved out of the way of the attack. Immediately, Blitzø orders Scropius to lead an offensive attack on Leviathan using his holy fire axe, prompting the Lord of Wrath to leap on top of the sea serpent and wildly attacked him with his axe. Leviathan notices Millie and attempts to devour her alive, but Blitzø and Striker both team up using holy weapons to fire at the King of Envy to save Millie from death. Only to come to a horrifying discovery that even the holy firearms are enough to pierce through Leviathan's massive scales. Leviathan immediately took notice of Cletus, Keenie, and Collin and decides to focus all of his attention on them, excited to devour and kill angels.
After Niffty saved Millie from drowning when the serpent's tail came into massive contact with a large rock structure while chasing the cherubs, Alastor suddenly makes his appearance, jokingly asking if had missed anything as Leviathan rises back from the ocean. Blitzø annoyingly tells Alastor that he hopes he would use his "radio Overlord bullshit" to help them fight Leviathan, to which Alastor responded by summoning his doll and shadow minions to aid him in stopping Leviathan.
After Alastor saved Collin from being devoured by Leviathan by attacking him using his shadow minions, the serpent reacted by furiously shooting a lighting volt at the Overlord, only for Alastor to quickly dematerialize his body before the lightning could strike him. Meanwhile, Blitzø continues to fruitlessly shoot at Leviathan using a holy rifle, leading the serpent to chase the imp while sadistically taunting him. During the chase, Blitzø hides under an elevated rock so the serpent can lose sight of him. Coming out of the elevated rock in the belief that he is safe, only for all of his limbs to be grabbed by several disembodied tentacles summoned by Leviathan and suspended in the air. As Leviathan sadistically uses the disembodied tentacles to tear Blitzø apart, Loona and Scorpius team up to save the arch-imp Loona grabs her father as Scorpius cut the tentacles with his holy axe before focusing his attack back on Leviathan. During the banter between the respective teams, Charlie attempts to offer Blitzø a job at the Hazbin Hotel, only for Blitzø to initially laugh slower in the belief that she was joking until he increases his laugh when he quickly realized she was serious.
After Robo Fizz joins the battle with Loo Loo cheering him on, Robo Fizz uses all of his robotic limbs to tie up the serpent's tentacles, only to easily be overpowered and easily torn apart due to Leviathan's godly superior strength, sending the robot's head and torso smashing into a boulder. Robo Fizz's head lands in front of Blitzø, using how much energy he has left, mockingly wishes the arch-imp a farewell before shutting down permanently. Blitzø starts to burst into tears at Robo Fizz's destruction with Fergus attempting to comfort him, only for the arch-imp to begin laughing loudly, revealing his tears were actually of elation for Robo Fizz finally being gone.
After Leviathan uses his lighting storm to injure Charlie and Alastor (who both combined their powers in an attempt to harm the sea serpent using a conjoined energy beam), the teams took cover with some of the shielding each other to protect each other from harm.
After Striker killed The Kraken (that was summoned by Leviathan to assist him in killing the Happy Hotel crew and I.M.P), the team members (that teamed up to stop The Kraken) reunited with the rest. Leviathan increases the intensity of the storm, knocking Millie and Niffty into the ocean, and prompting several members of the hotel crew and I.M.P into jumping in and rescuing them. Taking advantage, Leviathan causes a whirlpool near their location, causing everyone to be slowly swept underwater, forcing nearly the entire team to save them from drowning. With nearly all of his enemies in one place, Leviathan charged up a lightning attack from his maw and projected a powerful lightning attack at them all. Just as Leviathan did so, Charlie urgently creates an energy shield around the team, but the shield is hit by the lightning before it could reach full strength. The resulting explosion devastates both teams and sent them all flying off into the ocean.
Charlie uses her powers to pull everyone onto a small island and everyone immediately tended and looked at each other's injuries. While Loona is checking on both Blitzø and Vortex, Blitzø weakly insults Charlie's weak attempt to save them using her non-fulled shield. Leviathan, grinning malevolently in an assumed victory, attempts to use another lighting strike to finish off all of the team, but before he could effectively finish off all of them, he is suddenly attacked by a green lighting bolt from behind. The attack doesn't faze him, but still turns around to see his son, Seviathan, to be the assailant, glaring at his father filled with utmost hatred. As Leviathan angrily slithered over to the prince, an injured Millie staggered to her feet, where Niffty gave the imp Scorpius' axe before Millie weakly told Niffty to follow her as they both run off.
After Leviathan underhandedly won against Charlie by taking advantage of her conscience, Seviathan is the only hope left to stop his father, completely unsure of what to do. That is until Fergus shouted to "use the fish", causing Seviathan to immediately remember Fergus making fun of his ability to communicate to fish and his father's teachings about that ability. Telepathically communicates with the sea life of Envy, begging them to help him and his allies. Though with some difficulty at first, Seviathan's marine telepathy, within mere seconds, activates with millions of sea creatures of Envy rising from the ocean and attacking Leviathan, much to the United team’s shock.
While Leviathan is distracted, Millie and Niffty hitch a ride on an octopus, all the way to the serpent's wound (that he received from Charlie during their battle), where they crawl inside of it. Once inside, Millie gives Niffty a blessed knife before swimming her way up into the sea serpent's head, while Niffty starts to eviscerate the inside of the sea serpent using the knife. Meanwhile, Millie swims her way up to Leviathan's head, cutting the inside of his body with Scorpius' angelic axe along the way. After finally making her way to his head, Millie goes to town on the inside of the serpent's head, destroying his cranial cavity and brain using Scorpius' holy axe in a feral rage.
After Millie explosively slices her way out of the sea serpent's head, killing him as intended intention while his body is engulfed in holy flames, the serpent's body slowly starts to collapse into the ocean. Millie manages to pull Niffty out of Leviathan's dead body and protects her as the serpent's body falls into the ocean, causing a massive tidal wave. Leviathan's corpse then starts to slowly sink into the darkest and deepest depths of Envy's ocean, while his body is slowly consumed by holy flames all around it as his corpse is slowly being lost sight of.
Shortly after Leviathan's death, all the storms across Hell dissipate and the clouds covering the sky across Envy dissipate as well, revealing sky and sunshine for the first time in billions of years.
As the hotel crew and I.M.P tend to each other's injuries, Scorpius (who was believed to be killed by Leviathan after being thrown several hundreds of miles away from the battle) returns to the team, which Millie reacted by hugging him in relief. Following this, Moxxie arrives and reveals that he survived (albeit with an injured shoulder) to I.M.P. Millie and Blitzø are understandably shocked by Moxxie's survival, but not long before they burst into tears and immediately hug him in relief. Millie, barely able to compose herself, begs Moxxie to never leave her again, to which he assured her that he wouldn't. During the heartwarming reunion, Fergus awkwardly apologized for nearly killing Moxxie and set the imp on his shoulders to give him some relief. Following this, Blitzø attempted to taunt Striker, only to discover that he has mysteriously vanished.
As Seviathan was admiring the hidden beauty of Envy as well as his newfound freedom, Vaggie approached him and complimented him on his bravery. Charlie, having recovered from her previous injury, hugged Seviathan tightly, stating how proud she was of him. Blitzø interrupts the conversation and cynically reminds them that although Leviathan is slain, the entirety of Hell has still been left devastated by his attack, with millions of casualties and the uncertainty of whether or not the Happy Hotel was destroyed by the storm. Moreso, the Von Eldritch name has been permanently tarnished by Leviathan's actions. However, Seviathan gives a monologue highlighting how, despite Hell being devastated and Leviathan's actions leaving an impact that will be felt for years to come, he will work hard as the new King of Envy to restore his family name and right his father's wrongs.
With their grievances settled, Blitzø attempts to bid the Happy Hotel crew farewell, since they are no longer at Lucifer's mercy, due to their betrayal. But Fergus reminded I.M.P that they should stick to the hotel crew, due to their connection of murdering a Sin and being on a constant run as a result. Blitzø, knowing that he and his team have nowhere else to go, reluctantly accept their offer in exchange for protection from Lucifer and Hell's forces, much to Charlie's excitement for having "new friends". The Happy Hotel crew and I.M.P (alongside Cletus, Keenie, and Collin) leave Envy Ring to return to the Hazbin Hotel, while Seviathan restarts his life into freedom and becomes the new King of Envy and I.M.P adversaries (except for C.H.E.R.U.B) go their separate ways.

And now you're stuck with a Goetia who treats you like a sex toy. But still, you've tried to make up for your missteps by adopting some delinquent Hellhound and desperately parading your associates as your 'family'. But I think we all know that eventually, they will leave you, too. They think you're incompetent, stupid. Just like Fizzarolli and your mother did. Energetic, sardonic, but somewhat incompetent, Blitzø is the mastermind of I.M.P and a trashy goofball who enjoys messing with anyone and everybody. He is generally fearless and not easy to capture (but when he is, he enjoys driving his captors crazy). He is very violent, sarcastic, rude and is always up for causing a scene. He likes to think he is a wonderful boss and constantly attempts to motivate his employees to do a better job, but his methods leave much to be desired. He is laser-focused on his company's success, and prides himself on being a "professional", but in truth, he is plagued by a shortsighted ego that results in him making terrible decisions. Despite his position as his company's superior, he comes off often as immature, incredibly disrespectful, and verbally abusive towards his employees; to which none of them find him serious enough as their boss and often come to question his extravagant, yet poor decision-making.
Even from a young age, he was very ambitious, striving to prove himself as a skilled businessman so that he could prove that imps were just as capable as other demons. He is very self-conscious about not being able to succeed without the help of others. He aspires to rise to the top of Hell's hierarchy and have relations with demons who have a high social status, possibly explaining his past relationship with pop star Verosika Mayday. Considering he, as an imp, is at the bottom tier of Hell's hierarchy, this can come off as an extremely optimistic dream, but it also shows that Blitzø does have some grand endgame.
Blitzø often puts on a façade of confidence, seeing himself and his crew as more capable than they actually are. He also has the delusional belief that I.M.P are celebrities known throughout the seven rings, only to be offended when he is faced with the reality that hardly anyone knows what his organization is. However, he has also displayed signs of an inferiority complex, despite his projected confidence. He is secretly desperate to prove himself as an imp capable and worth something, with his boasts truly being acts of denial, and he lashes out at anyone who tries to get too close to the issue. Before establishing I.M.P, he attempted to start a solo business, but the results did not work out in his favor with him being rejected and ridiculed, which lead to him developing traits of self-doubt since he needed to rely on others to succeed. He also displayed a resentful side to himself, as he grew to resent his former girlfriend Verosika Mayday during their time together since she was so much more beloved, popular, and famous than him. Both of these traits resulted in Blitzø constantly pushing away anyone close to him until they had enough, end up hating him, and either he leaves them or vice versa. He secretly fears that this cycle will repeat itself with Moxxie, Millie, and Loona and that he will die alone.
While ultimately a well-meaning boss to I.M.P's employees, Blitzø possesses an outright amoral side to him and is almost completely devoid of redeeming qualities besides caring about his employees; he is murder-savvy, ruthless, and borderline sadistic towards I.M.P's victims and is perfectly fine with committing brutal mass murder so long as doing so won't get him or his company into major trouble, and is perfectly content with murdering even innocent children (in fact, he will do it for free). He is also not above verbally abusing Moxxie, even going as far as threatening to rape him and Millie, and had no qualms with sleeping with Stolas, a married demon, in exchange for access to his grimoire, which is the key element allowing him and his employees to fulfill contracts and assassinate people on Earth. He also displays an elitist side, as he enjoys laughing at the misery of homeless people, mocking their state of poverty; his supposed elitism might explain his dreams of rising to the top of Hell's hierarchy and associating with Hell's upper crest. He also displays a slight misogynistic streak, calling most women around him “ho” and “tits” to their faces (though this could be his way to be friendly) or dishing out extremely misogynistic insults to any woman he is feuding with (especially Verosika).
In addition, Blitzø is not above emotionally manipulating or using people to his advantage, as shown in his relationship with Verosika, where he stole her money to indulge in his own hobbies without any regard for her feelings and treated her with apathy despite how much she loved him and her nearly sacrificing her public image just to date him, thus breaking her heart and making her the cruel demon she is in the present.
Despite constantly abusing and talking down to his employees, Blitzø does truly value them and sees them as his only genuine family. He is instinctively protective of his employees, as harming or threatening other members of I.M.P is a good way to enrage him, as shown when he became irate after Verosika and her crew sexually assaulted Moxxie. Blitzø even rushed Lucifer himself with a knife when the King of Hell threatened to have I.M.P thrown in prison and left at the mercy of the worst criminals in Hell, and promised that he would protect Loona from Alastor himself should anything go wrong, much to her chagrin. He was also utterly devastated when Moxxie seemingly perished during I.M.P's third attempt to kill the Happy Hotel crew and desperately attempted to convince Lucifer on letting him complete the mission alone so that Millie and Loona would not suffer the same fate.
Besides his aspirations to prove himself to Hell's society, Blitzø's true ultimate goal is to find love. He insists on referring to his employees at I.M.P as a family, adopted Loona as his daughter, and is deeply enamored by Moxxie and Millie's relationship, stalking them for hours on end, implying that he deeply desires the type of relationship they have. At one point, he casually answered Robo Fizz's taunt about whether anyone has ever loved him with a simple "no" but appeared genuinely upset when Loona told him that he was not her real father and that she does not need him. Blitzø is absolutely desperate for love, but he also fears intimacy because he simply cannot fathom it due to his perceived lack of capability; thus, he is caught in a vicious cycle of subconsciously driving people who care about him away while at the same time being terrified that they won't stick around.
Appearance
Blitzø is a slim imp demon with a pointed tail who conversely has wide-proportioned hands, pointed feet with a boot-like heel, and a narrow, arrow-shaped head with curved, black-and-white striped horns with black spines between them running down the length of his tail. His eyes have black lines running down the eyelids and his sclera is yellow with a red iris. He has crimson skin covered with white blotches along his right eye, forearms, chest, and the length of his tail, all of which are burn scars courtesy of Larson, and black stripes around his tail. A heart-shaped skull symbol rests on his forehead.
He primarily wears a tattered, black-collared coat with red buttons on the mid-section, black boots that share the same shape as his feet, and large black gloves with yellow eyes on the wrists. He has a red skull pendant or charm around his neck.
Powers and Abilities
Blitzø is a rare species of greater imps known as the arch imps, and thus largely surpasses most common imps both in physical and mental prowess. Despite being plagued by arrogance and incompetence, he is perhaps one of the strongest and most skilled of his species, capable of easily going toe-to-toe with highly skilled humans, imps, and other demons.
Natural Powers
- Fire Immunity: Like all imps, Blitzø possesses a natural immunity to standard flames. After being captured by a cannibalistic family, Blitzø and Millie were completely unfazed while being burned at a stake. During his battle with Robo Fizz at Loo Loo Land, Blitzø emerged unharmed after crashing into a wagon of torches and was engulfed by an explosion of flames, only to return later without any sign of burning. That said, while he is impervious to standard flames, Blitzø can still be burned and even permanently maimed with hellfire. When Larson burned the right side of Blitzø's face with hellfire after the imp had slighted him and dumped embers all over his body, Blitzø shadowed clear signs of agony, was horribly burned, and developed scars in the form of white blotches on his face and all over his body.
Unique Powers
- Enhanced Durability: While Blitzø is nowhere near as durable as the sinners of Hell, as imps are by far the most fragile of demons and can be killed by even non-holy weaponry, he is still capable of taking extreme damage with little hindrance as a result of being an arch imp. Like all imps, he is completely resistant to fire, and once fell from the top floor of a hospital and did not suffer any injuries, and while fighting Robo Fizz at Loo Loo Land, he survived falling into an explosion of green flames, and was launched hundreds of feet into the air by Robo Fizz numerous times and recovered from the assault fairly quickly, although he was mangled and barely conscious by the end of the fight. When ambushed by Sir Pentious and an army of Egg Boiz, Blitzø survived multiple explosions from both cars and Pentious' missiles that were very close to his proximity and ran off being violently struck by the arms of Pentious' giant robot and launched into the side of a car. While fighting Fergus, Blitzø was violently thrown through a table and was only mildly dazed, and moments later, he survived a close-proximity explosion brought on by Cherri Bomb's rocket launcher, which caused him to fall several meters into a dumpster, and he still got up as if nothing had happened. While on a mission to free Verosika from her chastity belt, he survived being horrifically mauled and attacked by sex-starved succubi.
- Enhanced Strength: Blitzø is deceptively very strong. Indeed, as an arch imp, he is possibly one of the physically strongest imps in Hell, at least from the Wrath Ring's perspective, having tied against Striker himself during the Harvest Moon Festival. He is physically strong enough to wrestle fully-grown humans to the ground even without getting the drop on them and is capable of killing humans in a single hit with his melee weapons, as well as effortlessly decapitating them with a hunting knife. During his fight with Striker, who prides himself on being the strongest imp in Hell, Blitzø physically overpowered the assassin and nearly defeated him, even punching a hole in a wall at one point. He is also capable of wielding and carrying around his bazooka, "My Dick", which is several times larger than himself, with little effort. He also displays impressive strength with his prehensile tail, flinging Striker across a room with no visible effort and launching several Egg Boiz out of his path. During his fight with Fergus at Hell-antis, Blitzø managed to very briefly wrestle Fergus to the ground by crawling on him and dragging him down with his tail, although Fergus managed to grapple Blitzø off of him.
- Foreign Chemical Immunity: After being captured by the agents at D.H.O.R.K.S, Blitzø claimed to Agent One and Agent Two that he once took so many tranquilizer darts that he gained a semi-immunity to them.
- High Pain Tolerance: Blitzø possesses a very high resistance to pain, as he was capable of running through a forest at full speed while barely acknowledging a wound he had just received and was still capable of using his arm despite being shot with a shotgun, although he later required an arm sling during his recovery.
- Supernatural Reflexes: Blitzø possesses lightning-fast reflexes sharpened from his many missions at I.M.P. He was able to casually catch a rouge arrow mid-flight with his eyes closed and is fast enough to react to and dodge bullets, as he evaded most of Martha's gunfire, and quickly shoved Moxxie out of the way of a net cannon. While fighting Fergus and Angel Dust in a Lust Ring nightclub, Blitzø reacted to and barely dodged the supersonic blasts of Fergus' robot arm cannon.
External Powers
- Dimensional Travel: Using Stolas' grimoire, Blitzø, and his companions can travel to other dimensions, mainly the mortal plane, to perform their illegal assassinations.
- Portal Creation: Using the Grimoire, Blitzø can open portals that lead to other dimensions by using a pentagram as a medium.
Abilities
- Expert Marksman: Blitzø has displayed masterful skill while wielding firearms and almost never fails to miss a shot unless he is faced with an evenly skilled target. While protecting Stolas at Loo Loo Land, he used a sniper rifle to expertly shoot several assailants in the head with pinpoint precision.
- Expert Combatant: Blitzø has demonstrated surprisingly impressive skill when it comes to fisticuffs. He seems to serve as an in-between to Millie and Moxxie, using hand-to-hand combat in combination with firearms. While fighting or killing people who are bigger than him, most often humans, Blitzø tends to use his speed to blitz them by quickly crawling onto their backs to either shoot them point-blank in the head or stab them through their skulls. While confronting Striker at the Rough N' Tumbleweed Ranch, Blitzø held his own in a hand-to-hand fight against Striker, a very competent and skilled assassin in his own right, and, although briefly knocked back, regained control and overpowered the assassin with relative ease. Later, he fought and defeated Rum with relative ease, though he was overpowered by Izzi.
- Master of Disguise: Blitzø is capable of donning various outfits to hide his identity, gender, or true nature as an imp demon, often while infiltrating Earth. Although these disguises tend to be rather poor or paper-thin, they are nonetheless capable of easily duping humans regardless.
- Expert of Acrobratics:
- Natural Weaponry: Blitzø possesses razor-sharp teeth and claws which he can use as offensive weapons when needing to get physical. While fighting Striker, he freed himself from being cornered by biting the assassin on the wrist, which caused Striker to hiss in pain. While stealing the key to Verosika's chastity belt, Blitzø used his teeth to bite the finger off of the key's holder with no effort.
- Ocular Illumination: Blitzø is capable of projecting light from his eyes whenever he is in a dimly lit environment. This allows him to see almost perfectly in the dark.
- Prehensile Tail: Blitzø can use his tail to grab objects, dangle from a surface, wrap himself around others, or even as a weapon to throw an opponent his size or smaller.
- Weapon Proficiency: Blitzø can wield a vast array of weapons, ranging from handguns, sniper rifles, explosives, and knives with far more skill than most. He primarily favors a flintlock pistol and a sniper rifle while on jobs.

- Baseball Bat: Blitzø occasionally wields a spiked baseball bat in close-ranged combat situations. The bat is very sturdy, remaining in good shape despite Blitzø most often killing his opponents in a single hit.
- Blaster Rifle: Blitzø's weapon bag contains a high-powered rifle capable of firing bolts of intense plasma. The weapons appear to have been manufactured by Belphe-Tech. He lent this weapon to Loona as they engaged the D.H.O.R.K.S agents in combat.
- Combat Knives: Blitzø often employs serrated knives as his most preferred weapon in hand-to-hand combat situations, using them to fatally stab his victims in the back of the head or decapitate them.
- Dual Revolvers: Blitzø carries two golden revolvers in his Emergen-c Bag.
- Grenades: Blitzø carries several grenades in his weapon bag, using them in combination with his baseball bat to launch the explosive at his opponents.
- LWRC SMG46: Blitzø carries several assault rifles for both himself and his teammates.
- M1855 Springfield Pistol: Blitzø most often makes use of a flintlock pistol as his main choice for engaging in a firefight or killing his targets.
- My Dick: My Dick is the name of a massive bazooka that Blitzø keeps in his bag of weapons. The bazooka is several times larger than Blitzø himself and fires missiles labeled "Pussy Destroyer". Blitzø rarely uses My Dick unless he finds himself in a particularly sticky situation, or simply to show off.
- Remington 887 Shotgun: Blitzø very briefly used a shotgun to shoot at one of the agents of D.H.O.R.K.S, before throwing the weapon over to Moxxie. Moments later, he leaped onto one agent and used an identical shotgun to shoot them in the head. Blitzø used this same shotgun to stun Scorpius when the Hellhound attempted to devour Moxxie.
- Sniper Rifle: Blitzø wields a scoped sniper rifle for long or short-ranged situations.\

- Emergen-c Bag: Blitzø's "Emergen-c Bag", which he carries on the job, contains a vast array of weaponry, including pistols, shotguns, sub-machine guns, a Belphe-Tech assault rifle that appears to fire energy bolts, a serrated knife, a spiked baseball bat, grenades, a massive bazooka called "My Dick" that is several times bigger than Blitzø himself, which fires a rocket labeled "Pussy Destroyer", and a bottle of water.
Weaknesses
- Pyrophobia: Due to being burned by Larson, Blitzø developed an intense fear of being burned by hellfire. The sight of hellfire in close proximity causes him to severely panic and freeze up, as shown during his confrontations with Missi Zilla and Izzi.

Family
Loona
Loona is Blitzø's formally adopted hellhound who he hired to be I.M.P's receptionist. Blitzø adopted Loona at a Sloth-based Hellhound orphanage belonging to the Hellhound Adoption Foundation. Upon seeing her for the first time, Blitzø practically underwent cuteness overload, squealing excitedly with hearts in his eyes. Although the staff at the orphanage attempted to convince Blitzø to adopt a younger and more obedient Hellhound (as they were preparing to euthanize Loona since she was approaching the age of an adult), Blitzø insisted on having her as his daughter, which surprised both the staff and Loona herself, who believed Blitzø was adopting her as a slave or pet. Before they gave Loona to him, the headmaster of the orphanage attempted to give Blitzø a shock collar to keep Loona under control, only for him to quickly liberate her as he exited the orphanage with his new adopted Hellhound, elated to have her as his daughter.
After starting I.M.P, Blitzø gave Loona a job as the receptionist of the crew. He congratulates her for the tiniest of successes and has a habit of hand-waving or excusing her lackadaisical and toxic behavior at the workplace, much to Moxxie's dismay. He also enjoys buying matching outfits for himself and Loona and posting them on his Sinstagram account, to her embarrassment. Blitzø is also rather overprotective of her, expressing skepticism over her relationship with Vortex; though it is unknown if this was due to the fact that Vortex— whom Loona had rapidly developed a crush on— was in fact the object of Loona's affections, or due to him working for Verosika, or both. He also expressed concern about Loona catching HPV, seemingly forgetting she already has syphilis and was utterly aghast upon seeing her aid Millie in trying to rescue him and Moxxie from D.H.O.R.K.S, though in that case he quickly came around when he saw just how competent of a fighter she is.
While Blitzø treats Loona like family and smothers her with affection regularly, she, for the most part, does not reciprocate his feelings and expresses high animosity toward his affection and overprotectiveness, although he seems oblivious to this (or simply chooses to ignore it). However, the two do occasionally share moments of positivity, such as when Loona cracked a small smile when Blitzø defended her from Moxxie's criticisms, and she smiled once more as he brought her, Millie, and Moxxie all in for a group hug. And deep down, Loona does appreciate how he adopted her and gave her a home when no one else would. She also has a habit of accidentally referring to Blitzø as her father, although she usually interrupts herself or tries to make an excuse for it.
Barbie Wire
Barbie Wire is Blitzø's twin sister. When they were children, Blitzø held a strong relationship with his sister before they had a massive falling out, something about which led to Barbie's drug addiction and causes Blitzø great sorrow and pain in the present. According to Blitzø's acquaintances, their falling out seems to have been the fault of Blitzø, as many have warned him to not seek her out or ruin her life as he did previously.
Despite Barbie Wire hating Blitzø, he still cares deeply about his sister, threatening Izzi when he was about to utter Barbie's name.
Allies
Moxxie
Moxxie is Blitzø's employee. Moxxie was often the butt of many of Blitzø's jokes and a frequent source of ridicule. Blitzø hardly ever addressed Moxxie's concerns, such as Loona's slothful behavior, mocked Moxxie's sex life, and had zero respect for Moxxie's privacy, going as far as to repeatedly stalk him and Millie, even while the two were sleeping together. While Blitzø did treat Moxxie very harshly at times, he nonetheless still viewed Moxxie as a vital member of I.M.P and expressed how he was glad to have Moxxie as an employee. Blitzø also showed a rather protective side towards Moxxie, as he became incensed when Verosika and her employees raped Moxxie after he tried to reason with them. In another instance, Striker caused Blitzø to nearly shoot Moxxie, and he reacted by biting Striker on the arm and punching him in the face several times in a rage. Later, when Blitzø noticed how nervous Moxxie was when Lucifer sent I.M.P on a suicide mission to kill the Happy Hotel crew as punishment for their missteps on Earth, Blitzø assured Moxxie that they could pull off the job, before telling Moxxie to take Loona and Millie and run away if something were to happen to him. At one point, Blitzø confessed to Moxxie that the only reason he is hard on him is that he knows how good Moxxie was at his job and wanted him to stop worrying about what others were going to think about the said job because he was good at it and Blitzø wanted him to be proud of his work.
When Moxxie seemingly died during I.M.P's third attempt to kill the Happy Hotel crew, Blitzø became deeply distraught, devastated by the loss of his teammate, and when Moxxie was gravely injured, he dived into the ocean of Envy in an attempt to save Moxxie from drowning. Shortly after Leviathan's demise, Moxxie reveals himself, showing that he miraculously survived the gunshot. Initially shocked alongside Millie, they were soon brought to tears of joy and hugged him, deeply relieved that he survived the gunshot.
Millie
Millie is Blitzø's employee. Overall, they share a positive relationship, as Blitzø is more openly benevolent towards her than he is with Moxxie. He compliments her on her abilities as an assassin, gives her pet names, and offers her aid in the form of weapons and water in the middle of a battle. This affection is most likely the result of Millie tending to agree with Blitzø's bizarre ideas. He has a habit of stalking both Millie and her husband, and sexually fantasizes about having a threesome with both of them. Unlike Moxxie, Millie does not seem to particularly care about his intrusions in their private lives and laughs his behavior off, clearly not thinking it is a big deal.
Pets
Spindle
Spindle was Blitzø's mysterious pet horse and guardian. Blitzø adopted her after she rescued him from a kidnapping, though she often disappears until Blitzø needs her help (and only Blitzø). Blitzø loves Spindle dearly and regularly leaves coffee on his window sill for her, but is often frustrated by her constant leaving and lack of explanation for why she follows him.
In his final conversation with Spindle, she appeared outside Blitzø's window to offer comfort following Stolas's death. However, Spindle then began calmly scolding him for burning numerous bridges and persistently evading his past mistakes. Blitzø tried to apologize, but Spindle reminded him that actions speak louder than words, urging him to mend his fractured relationships from the past while there's still time. Blitzø, wrecked with tears, begged Spindle to guide him in this endeavor, acknowledging that he only worsens things for everyone around him. Spindle told Blitzø to have courage, otherwise his guilt will destroy him from the inside. Spindle then began to fade away, assuring Blitzø that she will continue to watch over him until the appointed time. Tearfully, Blitzø questions the meaning of this, prompting Spindle to nuzzle him affectionately and express her love. As Spindle vanished into the sky, she took the form of Blitzø's deceased mother, smiling down at him. Blitzø desperately chased after her as she completely faded away, begging her not to leave him, struggling to accept that his mother is truly gone.

Fizzarolli
During their respective childhoods, Blitzø and Fizzarolli (known at the time by his real name, Fizz) were best friends, spending most of their time together and bonding over their mutual interests, such as their adulation for the King of Greed, Mammon. They treated each other as brothers and dreamed of starting a business together to prove that their race was capable of amazing things like every other demon. However, over time their relationship would slowly takes a somber turn as Fizzarolli slowly became consumed by greed as well as his blind loyalty to Mammon after the King of Greed offered him a job at Loo Loo Land. This led to the two having a massive argument which ended their long friendship. Fizzarolli left Blitzø behind to work at Loo Loo Land, but not before telling Blitzø that their dream business would have never gotten off the ground and what they wanted growing up was simply the fantasy of two children, which left Blitzø deeply bitter towards his former friend.
Motivated by Fizzarolli's harsh words, Blitzø would attempt to start his dream business without his former friend, although he would fail constantly. This, combined with Fizzarolli receiving nothing but love and adulation at Loo Loo Land, made Blitzø even more depressed and furious at him, calling Fizzarolli a "sell-out". Unbeknownst to Blitzø, Fizzarolli was eventually betrayed, tortured, and mutilated by Mammon, before being left for dead by the King of Greed's servants. Desperate, he tried to call Blitzø's phone for help, but Blitzø refused to answer the call due to cutting ties with Fizzarolli, unaware of Fizzarolli's tragic fate. This led to Fizzarolli deeply hating Blitzø and believing that he was just as guilty of leaving him to die as Mammon was.
In the present, it is shown that Blitzø is apprehensive about Fizzarolli encountering him again and became uncomfortable when his former best friend called him a "total disgrace" and mocked him over his love life.
In Chapter 5 "The Tunnel of Lust", they finally had a confrontation when the clown imp attacked and excoriated his former best friend, angrily accusing him for "leaving" him to die (referencing to ignoring his calls when he was all limbless and nearing death). Blitzø is genuinely confused at Fizz's accustions, which increasingly enraged him even more before leaving a baffled Blitzø with no answers.
Lucifer Magne
At some point after returning from Purgatory, Lucifer was made aware of Blitzø and I.M.P's numerous disruptions they had caused on Earth, including an incident where they were caught on high-quality security cameras by a paranormal investigation organization. Wanting Blitzø to suffer for these disruptions, Lucifer sent his goons and servants, Tip and Dash, to capture Blitzø, and after Blitzø was brought before him, offered that he would pardon I.M.P of all of their crimes and disruptions so long as they killed the Hazbin Hotel's patients and staff (excluding the founder, Charlie Magne). Blitzø, fearing for his life, lied to Lucifer by saying that he had left I.M.P, and offered to give Lucifer fellatio in return for his release. However, Blitzø inadvertently provoked Lucifer by insulting his wife, Lilith Magne, prompting the King of Hell to begin extorting Blitzø by threatening to have I.M.P thrown in one of Hell's prisons, as well as to have Stolas executed for the Goetic Prince's assistance of I.M.P's operation and have his daughter, Octavia, be incarcerated for her father's crimes. This, along with Lucifer's threats to torture and/or kill Stolas and especially the other members of I.M.P, caused Blitzø to rush the King of Hell with a knife in a blind rage, although Lucifer easily stopped Blitzø in his tracks with one hand motion, allowing Tip and Dash to brutally assault the imp.
While Blitzø was enraged at Lucifer and knew that the King of Hell had tasked I.M.P with such a dangerous mission in hopes that they would all be killed, he was given no choice in the matter and begrudgingly accepted the King of Hell's blatant suicide mission. Blitzø's suspicion that Lucifer's given task was a suicide mission in disguise was seemingly confirmed when the King of Hell brought together most of I.M.P's past enemies as part of the task force.
Larson, Calliope, and Tingles
During his years of employment at Loo Loo Land, Blitzø was a frequent victim of Larson, Calliope, and Tingles' cruelty. They spent years ridiculing and assaulting him, spitting and pouring drinks on him whenever he was injured during performances, and relentlessly tormented him for years, going as far as to mock his belief that imps could accomplish anything. During one incident, Larson burned Blitzø's face with hellfire simply for embarrassing him in front of an audience, which left him with permanent, white scars on his face. This led Blitzø to have a special hatred for the greedy and cruel clown demons.
Leviathan Von Eldritch
Despite not having plenty of interaction on screen and knowing themselves for a small amount of time, Blitzø and Leviathan were pretty much hated and mortal enemies, with Leviathan who mocked Blitzø for his relationship with Stolas and his former relationships with Verosika and Fizzarolli, and despising him for his low status in hell as an imp. During the battle with The Hazbin Hotel crew, I.M.P, and Seviathan against Leviathan, he tried to slowly kill the imp a couple of times.
From the moment he laid eyes on the robot, Blitzø grew to dislike Robo Fizz, due to his relationship with the demon the bot was designed after. He had a rivalry with Robo Fizz during his years at Loo Loo Land, with Robo Fizz always up-staging Blitzø and being loved by all of the children, while said children would jeer Blitzø's jokes. When confronting Robo Fizz at Loo Loo Land years later, Blitzø attempted to shoot the robot for his mockery, which resulted in a huge battle that left Loo Loo Land in shambles. When Robo Fizz was seemingly destroyed by a giant dragon, Blitzø insists that he deserved it.
However, Robo Fizz was not completely destroyed and was hired by Lucifer to help Blitzø and his crew with killing the Happy Hotel crew. When I.M.P were ambushed by Sir Pentious, Robo Fizz was deployed to help them, much to Blitzø's horror. Blitzø furiously asked Lucifer why he tasked Robo Fizz to help them, expressing anger at the King of Hell's decision. He was also agitated when Lucifer said that he will allow Robo Fizz to do whatever he wanted with Blitzø, once the mission is completed, much to Robo Fizz's joy.
Though they didn't antagonize each other throughout the mission, Robo Fizz did express eagerness to kill Blitzø and their teamwork was mostly out of pragmatic reasons with one of the few examples of Robo Fizz launching Blitzø, Millie, Striker, and Moxxie to Baxter's ship. One time, when Blitzø told the team to split up after they entered the Von Eldritch castle to assassinate the Hazbin Hotel crew, he wished all of them to stay safe, except for Robo Fizz, showing that he is completely fine with Robo Fizz getting murdered, despite needing him for pragmatic reasons (unlike Striker, Verosika, and the cherubs). Their final interaction was during the combined forces of Hazbin Hotel crew and I.M.P fighting against Leviathan, after the sea serpent easily overpowered the robotic crazed clown's grip and tore him into pieces, the robotic replica of Fizzarolli's head landed in front of Blitzø with his final words being "farewell" in a mocking tone, before shutting down permanently. Initially, the founder of I.M.P was shown crying over Robo Fizz's destruction and Fergus tried to comfort him until he started laughing loudly, revealing that his tears were out of joy that Robo Fizz is finally gone, thus ending their antagonistic and long-time rivalry they had against each other once and for all.
Verosika Mayday

Verosika Mayday is Blitzø's ex-girlfriend. Shortly after he was hired to be the pop star's bodyguard, Verosika fell deeply in love with Blitzø, and they officially became a couple at some point. Despite Verosika's attempts to please and love him, even getting a tattoo in his name (which she later crossed off following their breakup), Blitzø did not reciprocate her feelings as he did not believe that she truly loved him. Blitzø also harbored some resentment towards her since she was talented, loved, and admired, everything he feels he isn't. Overtime, he felt as if was only playing second fiddle to Verosika since she was a famous pop star and he was essentially a nobody at that point. He used her for her money, even stole her credit card behind her back, and emotionally manipulated her to his advantage. He was also very ungrateful towards Verosika, not even acknowledging the fact that she was endangering her reputation and career by dating an imp. Tired of supposedly living in Verosika's shadow, Blitzø abandoned her and literally rode off into the sunset on horseback as a way of breaking up with her and never having to face the consequences for doing so, leaving her completely heartbroken and deeply embittered towards him. This affected her so badly that it essentially made her into the jaded, alcohol-addicted demon that she is in the present.
After leaving her, Blitzø expressed nothing but anger and regret over his time with Verosika, even stating that their entire relationship was a waste of time. It is implied that on some level, he did regret hurting her, but deluded himself into believing that she would have eventually broken up with him and that their split was inevitable.
Blitzø and Verosika are deeply bitter towards each other in the present; they constantly argue and hurl insults at each other and only speak negatively about each other, with Blitzø throwing around misogynistic insults and remarks about Verosika's promiscuity, alcoholism, eating disorder, and calling her a whore. Verosika retaliates by insulting Blitzø on his family, business, selfishness, and incompetence. Despite their animosity, the two are capable of sharing minor comedic interactions, such as sharing a quick laugh over a human resources joke.
When Blitzø discovered that Verosika's superiors punished her for the incident with the fish demon by outfitting her with a chastity belt, he took pity on her (although he did initially mock her situation before realizing how serious it was) and offered to help her remove it. She accepted his help although claiming that it would not make up for all that he did to her in the present. While on the mission to help rid herself of the belt, he and Verosika found themselves in a death trap, and Blitzø blamed Verosika for being the one responsible for their current situation. The succubus angrily said that they would not be in the situation if Blitzø wasn't a "selfish asshole". After an argument, Verosika emotionally told Blitzø that she gave everything for him, which clearly affected Blitzø and left him in silence. It is after scrolling through old images and videos of Verosika and himself that Blitzø finally realized that she really did love him, which brought him to tears out of shame for what he did to her. The next morning, Blitzø attempted to apologize to Verosika for everything he did to her emotionally, but found himself unable to properly convey his remorse, leading to Verosika brushing off his apology and calling him "pathetic".
Others
Scorpius
Scorpius was Blitzø's initially an enemy, although the Hellcat became one of his brief allies overtime. Blitzø first encountered the Lord of Wrath after he and Moxxie were captured by his forces, as the Hellcat required their services to assassinate an uprising against his master's reign. Blitzø and Scorpius grew to quickly hate each other, with Blitzø mocking the Hellcat's low intelligence and poor leadership over Wrath, openly calling him an "edgelord" and "the big idiot". Blitzø also came up with the idea to steal Scorpius' holy axe for the job he tasked him to do, and although Moxxie attempted to advise against it, Blitzø insisted it would be fine if they returned it to the Hellcat and that he wouldn't even know it was gone. After Blitzø and Moxxie completed the job and returned Scorpius' axe to him (along with a gift basket), Scorpius had already become aware of its disappearance and was absolutely furious, swearing to brutally murder Blitzø and Moxxie and decorate his fortress with their innards.
Scorpius was one of I.M.P's many past adversaries assigned to aid Blitzø and I.M.P on their mission to kill the Happy Hotel crew, although he was not subtle about wanting Blitzø and Moxxie dead for stealing his axe, ungrateful that they still assassinated Scorpius' rival and returned it to him. While on the mission, Blitzø caught the Hellcat in the act of attempting to murder Moxxie, to which he promptly stopped Scorpius from doing so.
However, after Scorpius befriended Millie, who convinced the Hellcat to try and befriend the crew, Scorpius' relationship with Blitzø seems to be taking a positive turn. When Blitzø ordered the Hellcat to devour a bouncer at a Lust Ring club or lead an offensive attack on Leviathan, Scorpius followed Blitzø's orders without question.
Charlie Magne
- "Charlie: Don't you even want to consider just a liiiittle bit? We could use people like you at the hotel! I know there's a little bit of good in everyone, you just need to see it!
Blitzø: ...Pffff-hahahahaha!!! ...Oh, wait, you’re serious? Well, in that case...Let me laugh even harder! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!" - — Blitzø and Charlie bantering during I.M.P and the hotel crew's battle with Leviathan Von Eldritch.
Charlie is Blitzø's princess, former enemy, and eventual begrudging ally, that was until the princess learned the reasons of I.M.P and Stolas being wanted. Blitzø could be seen watching Charlie's announcement of the Happy Hotel in the 666 Newsroom, watching her with a devious smile and an interested look on his face. Later, he referred to the princess as a "dumbass" for her belief that redemption was possible.
When Blitzø and the Princess of Hell finally confronted each other in the Envy Ring, he held the princess and her allies at gunpoint, intending to kill all of her friends as it was necessary to complete the mission Lucifer had forced them into. While introducing himself and I.M.P to the princess, was offended that she had no idea who he was or what I.M.P was. Charlie challenged Blitzø's morality by saying that she was going to save her kingdom from Leviathan and that if there was any goodness inside Blitzø, he would let her do so. While the imp insisted that there was no goodness within him, Charlie's words affected Blitzø, and after he remembered Moxxie, he gave up on trying to kill her crew and instead joined them in stopping Leviathan from flooding the seven rings.
After joining Charlie's crew to stop Leviathan, the princess eagerly offered Blitzø a position at the Hazbin Hotel, but the imp raucously laughed at her offer and expressed his opinion that both he and sinners, in general, were incapable of redemption. After Leviathan's defeat, Blitzø attempted to bid Charlie and her crew farewell, but after Fergus reminded Blitzø that he and I.M.P were likely going to be targeted by Hell's higher-ups, he and I.M.P reluctantly joined the hotel crew, if only for salvation, but Charlie was nonetheless ecstatic and proudly claimed that I.M.P would be very good friends with them.
Charlie and Blitzø shared an optimistic versus cynical dynamic, with Charlie embodying optimism and high hopes, while Blitzø played the role of a snarky cynic, delivering harsh truths and brutal honesty to ground Charlie in reality. Despite their contrasting approaches, crumbs of positivity emerged in their relationship. Charlie often encouraged Blitzø to mend relationships and rectify past mistakes. At one point, Blitzø, on the verge of breaking down, confessed to Charlie about turning everyone away. The princess provided comfort, assuring him that it was never too late. In a tender moment, Charlie sat beside Blitzø, wrapping an arm around him, offering support as he poured out his emotions.
Blitzø can be unapologetically brash and self-serving about Charlie, attempting to use the princess' goodwill to further his business ambitions, particularly about wanting to turn the Hazbin Hotel into the "Murder Hotel" and make it a new headquarter's for I.M.P Charlie tried to gently redirect Blitzø's misguided plans, emphasizing her support for his independence and all he has accomplished without enabling his more invasive tendencies. Despite Blitzø's initial resistance and dismissive attitude, he ultimately respected Charlie's perspective and accepted her advice, albeit begrudgingly and initially hesitant as he did not count on a royal to genuinely believe in him.
Although her joy for having new friends was nullified when she overheard rumors about Stolas's dealings with I.M.P for his grimore in exchange for sexual services, which she immediately confronted Blitzø about these claims. Blitzø dim-wittingly confirmed that rumors were true, which greatly enraged Charlie, both at Stolas and I.M.P for murdering many humans on Earth which only increased Pride Ring's overpopulation problem and multiple times of risking the exposure of Hell to Humanity. This incident, to an extent, strained I.M.P's alliance with the Hazbin Hotel crew with Charlie promising to make Stolas and I.M.P pay for their crimes.
Although, it's currently unknown if Charlie still cares for Blitzø despite his deal with Stolas or not, as she didn't interacted with him, Stolas or any other members of I.M.P after she discovered Stolas' dealings with I.M.P.
Bombproof
Blitzø deeply admires Striker's horse, Bombproof, staring wistfully at him throughout the Harvest Moon Festival, and drawing an illustration of himself riding the horse for his Hellphone home screen. While searching for Moxxie after he was taken by the Underground, Blitzø finally achieved his dream of riding Bombproof and was absolutely elated.
Octavia
Blitzø and Octavia initially had a neutral, borderline antagonistic acquaintanceship. Octavia does not like Blitzø for sleeping with Stolas, partially blaming him for ruining her home and family. Blitzø personally harbored strong resentment and antagonistic feelings toward Octavia, perceiving her as an obstacle to his transactional relationship with Stolas. He called her "Cockblock-tavia", mocked her behavior, and accused her of intentionally undermining his business.
After traveling to the Dark Tapestry with Stolas, the Goetia prince requested Blitzø to take care of Octavia after his destined death, since Blitzø was the best person he knew. Blitzø acknowledged Octavia's disliking of him, but said that he was fine with "babysitting" her.
Immediately following Stolas' death, Blitzø significantly softened on Octavia. Desperate and remorseful, he attempted to assume a role of Via's guardian and explain himself and comfort Octavia, despite her vehement rejection. He wanted to protect her, but his action of setting off a domino effect that led to Stolas' death had irreparably damaged their relationship. Octavia directed her grief-induced pain solely on Blitzø, blaming him for manipulating Stolas during his lowest moments and ultimately causing the destruction of her family and home, teleporting away with her father's body while swearing revenge.
Despite Octavia's declaration of revenge, Blitzø was shaken by her words and was increasingly worried for her well-being. He wanted to protect and care for her not only to make up for his perceived tendency to ruin other people's lives, but because he genuinely grew to care about and even sympathize with her.
Blitzø eventually proved his willingness to protect Octavia, risking his life to save her from Izzi's clutches. After taking a blessed bullet to the shoulder that was meant for Octavia, her perception of him softened. In the aftermath of the fight against Izzi, Blitzø connected with Octavia, making a heartfelt apology and admission of love for Stolas, putting all of his cards on the table and his vulnerability on full display. Octavia acknowledged the happiness Blitzø brought to her father, giving him a glimmer of mutual understanding.
By this point, Blitzø and Octavia have a fragile but hopeful bond, united in their grief and love for Stolas. While their relationship remains complex, there is still a hopeful potential for more growth.

In the episode, Blitzø looks vastly different than his later appearances, having one white horn and one red horn, the mark on his forehead being heart-shaped, and having a red sclera with yellow pupils. Blitzø has actually addressed this look in a post on his Sinstagram account, claiming that it was a Halloween costume.
