The Cherub Clique, as their name implies, are a clique of puritanical, snobbish cherubim in Heaven. They were established by Azrael and are tasked with persecuting any and all accused of breaking one of Heaven's guidelines and going against its standards.
As the most powerful cherubs in Heaven from a perspective of status, they enjoy walking over hard-working, lower status cherubim and stomp over them to keep themselves propped up high.

- Deerie: A deer cherub, the former secretary of Azrael, and the supervisor of the C.H.E.R.U.B. She is often the leader and mouthpiece of the group, doing most of the talking when the team is addressing issues or banishing people.
- Rachel: A sheep cherub and the Chieftess of Justice and Virtue of the Heavenly Court. She is the second most powerful cherub in Heaven in terms of status, and desires Leo Lightheart's position as the head of Cherub Towne.
- Honey: A bee cherub known for her enhanced speed, allowing her to quickly report the slightest perceived breaking of rules directly to the higher-ups. With her psychotic, sugary, manic attitude, she is the most overtly aggressive member of the group.
- Bea: A bee cherub and the best friend of Honey.
- Beau: An enlightened and zen sheep cherub. Easily the most neutral and easygoing member of the group, Beau is laid-back and does not talk much, refusing to involve themselves in any petty squabbles.
