Fin is a minor character in Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light.
He is a noble from the Envy Ring, being the duke of the Great Bury Her Reef. He is also Hellsa's loyal, yet accident-prone boyfriend and bodyguard, though she treats him more like a servant than a boyfriend.

Chapter 5[]
In "Bring On the Night", it is Fin's birthday and he decides to throw a massive party at his mansion in the Envy Ring, inviting all of Hell's young, elite demons. Having heard of Stolas' apocalypse proclamation, Fin tells everybody that this could be their last hurray and wants to make it the largest party in all of Hell. Placing an air bubble around his palace to allow me demons inside, Fin is surprised when Octavia, Loona, and Crymini arrive to his party and welcomes Octavia, assuming that Loona and Crymini are part of her entourage, before returning to partying in the backyard.
As Octavia, Loona, and Crymini do some investigative work at Fin's mansion, Fin gets increasingly drunk and the party subsequently becomes more chaotic, with it spilling out beyond Fin's palace. Inside the mansion, Hellsa notices Octavia, Loona, and Crymini snooping around and tries to prevent them from getting what they want, manipulating the partygoers and telling them to lock Octavia, Loona, and Crymini in a closet to play "seven minutes in Hell". Octavia and Crymini are subsequently forced and locked into a closet, but Loona narrowly escapes and is forced to search through Fin's mansion alone while fending off the rapacious, drunk, and drugged-out partygoers.
Fin's party has spiraled out of control and practically turns into a riot, with Fin in the center being paraded on a "birthday boy" throne, drunk and high on drugs. After getting what they want, Octavia, Crymini, and Loona are forced to practically fight their way through a sea of crazy teenagers and successfully escape in one piece. In the morning, Fin's palace and the area around it are in shambles and Fin floats face first in a literal pool of alcohol, awaiting to discover what punishment awaits him.
Personality[]
Fin has a casual, "frat boy" type personality; surprisingly, given the company he keeps, he is easygoing and very casual towards other demons, not caring much for formalities, and refers to nearly everyone (including females) as "dude" or "bro". While he is far from stupid and actually has a pragmatic approach to whatever life throws at him, he is still portrayed as a meat headed brute who fails to use his brain most of the time and is ever ready to spit fake boasts of his abilities. He appears to be somewhat desensitized as he never panics or loses his temper, remaining calm and in-control of his emotions. Although he aids Hellsa in sabotaging the lives of her rivals, he is rather distant about it and holds no malice towards these people, only doing so because the princess ordered him to, and he wants to please her. He even tries to calm Hellsa down whenever she becomes overwhelmed with rage to spare her enemies from her wrath.
He is very affectionate and docile towards Hellsa, even though she rarely returns the affection. He caters to her every whim without question, gives her rubdowns, gets her food and cocaine whenever she is upset, and nonchalantly takes all of the verbal and physical abuse she inflicts on him. He often acts as the voice of reason for Hellsa whenever she does or is about to do something morally questionable, and whenever the princess is on the verge of an enraged breakdown, he attempts to calm her down by telling her to think about things that make her happy, like kittens drowning. Rarely, Fin can be surprisingly snarky about Hellsa and even cracks jokes at her expense.
Despite his easygoing nature, Fin rarely displays a rather arrogant and perverted side, slyly bragging to Vaggie that Hellsa lets him have sex with her if he does a good job serving her every need.
Appearance[]
Fin is a hulking shark demon who is around 9 feet tall. He has a grey-colored scales with the scales on his back being a dark teal blue color. He has greyish-green-colored eyes with grey, concentric rings in his irises. He has very thin hands, a pencil-thin mustache, and a dark teal-grey tail.
Fin is most commonly seen wearing a black suit with a black bowtie with a white shirt underneath, complete with black dress pants and shoes. When attending royal gatherings, he wears the same outfit but with golden epaulets, two gold and white badges, and white gloves.

Natural Powers[]
- Demonic Power: As a member of Hell's upper crust, Fin is naturally a powerful demon, presumably with the capability to fight and seemingly defeat skilled demons like Vaggie.
- Amphibiousness: As a shark demon, Fin can survive both on land and underwater for an indefinite amount of time.
- Enhanced Strength: Due to his large size, muscular, use of steroids, and shark-like physiology, Fin has above-average strength, effortlessly catching Hellsa in his arms, casually lifting all of the princess' shopping bags filled with various clothes and gold bar inside, and casually lifting an entire table over his head with one arm. On the photograph of him playing football in Hell School, he is shown effortlessly running even with 15 demons piled on him. He was also able to stop both Hellsa and Vaggie, who both possess enhanced strength, in their tracks when the two lunged at each other by simply holding them both back with his hands.
- Marine Telepathy: Fin can communicate with Hell's sea life and sense their emotions, thoughts, and feelings.
- Supernatural Speed: Fin is extremely fast and agile once under water, thanks in large part to his natural swimming ability and shark physiology.

- Natural Weaponry: Fin sports incredibly sharp teeth and claws which he can use to easily tear other demons and fish to blooded chunks.

Hellsa Von Eldritch[]
Hellsa is Fin's girlfriend. He is very affectionate towards Hellsa and is ever ready to follow whatever menial task the Princess of Envy has ready, including sabotaging the lives of her rivals, opening doors for her, and carrying her shopping bags. Despite this, Hellsa is often commanding and rather cruel towards Fin, berating him for his incompetence and slapping him with her tentacles whenever he steps out of line or touches her without her permission.
Despite Hellsa abusing him verbally and even physically, their relationship seems to be on/off in the love department, as the two are mentioned to frequent Ozzie's to have dates, and Hellsa has small moments of "kindness" towards Fin, such as allowing him to have sex with her if he does a good job. In addition, Hellsa, for the most part, only hurts Fin when the latter either makes a smart remark at her expense, or does/says something stupid.

Fin and Vaggie met each other when the Von Eldritch family invited her and Charlie to Hell-antis. When Hellsa and Vaggie nearly got into a physical fight with each other, Fin intervened before anything could happen and calmed Hellsa down while advising Vaggie to run away from the princess. Later in the evening, Vaggie inquired why Fin continued to be with Hellsa despite her mistreating, noting that he did not seem like a bad guy. Fin facetiously replied by saying that being with Hellsa was worth it because he got to have sex with her if he did a good job, to which Vaggie reacted by scoffing and walking away from him.

Fin: Naw I don't need steroids, bruh. (Rum suddenly rips his tuxedo off and begins flexing in front of Octavia, causing her to recoil and shield her eyes in disgust) It takes more than steroids to get these bad bois! Don't look at me like I'm the weirdo! You're the one with her head always in books! Listening to that cringe goth shit, talking to those dead things. You need a vibe check? Listen to some Roshell Fryday once in a while. That shit is LIT!
Octavia: (rolls her eyes again) I like my music because it's dope and makes me feel understood, alright? The songwriters understand what it’s like to feel like you’re not normal, different from everyone else. It gives me hope. And if you’re going to judge me for my hobbies and what I enjoy then why are you even talking to me, anyway?
Fin: (snoring loudly before "waking up") W- What? You say somethin'?
Octavia: ...Forget it. (she sighs) Clearly you’re just another one of those shallow jerk jocks. I deal with plenty of them at school so don't talk to me if you’re just going to mock what I like and care about. And put a damn shirt on, for Azathoth's sake...
Fin: No wonder no one wants to be around you, dude! All you do is whine, whine, whine? Want my advice?

Fin: You should try to act like the cool girls, y'know? Like, throw a party, snort some coke, get freakay!
Octavia: (she rolls her eyes and pinches her nose bridge) There are more important things to worry about than all of that nonsense. Go waste your life in the human world, if you want, but leave me out of it.
Fin: Way ahead of you, babe! I've been to the human world hundreds of times and, big shock, humans are way more funner than you. Well, it's a shithole and I don't vibe with all the pollution 'n shit, I mean, one time I walked over to two babes and all I had to do was THIS (Fin starts flexing again, disgusting Octavia). (chuckles) It's funny how all the babes squeal when I do that. I was in the middle of a blonde and brunette sandwich. Hey are you into chicks?
