Kingpins are a class of sinners and hellborn demons who control large criminal groups and/or businesses. They are ranked above sinners and below Overlords in Hell's hierarchy.
Description[]
Kingpins are sinners or demons who control large operations and businesses within the Pride Ring. They are often involved in running many criminal operations such as drug, weapon, and sex trafficking, though some Kingpins prefer to run militaristic organizations for their own ends. Though Kingpins lack the immense demonic power that the Overlords possess, they possess very similar resources and hold an important influence over certain areas. Some notable Kingpins are the cycloptic anarchist Cherri Bomb, who is involved in a fight for the control of a City within Pentagram City and leads an armed militia; Sir Pentious, a wannabe Overlord who leads and army of demonic eggs; and Maulreese Jackjaw, the leader of the Underground and primary producer of the Pride Ring's holy weaponry supply.
Despite sharing the same social status, it is common for kingpins to view reach other as rivals, and thusly, be at war with each other. This includes Cherri Bomb being at war with Sir Pentious, and the Resistance taking down sex trafficking rings established by other kingpins.
Much like Overlords, Sinner Kingpins are generally considered to only be found in the Pride Ring. As for the Hellborn Kingpins, they can be found on the other six rings.
